Excellent location between old city and main shopping street. Also close to convention centre and beach. Very helpful staff.

Size of the room was really good for one person.The room was a bit noisy due to the large space between the floor and the door.Used shampoo from previous guest found on top of the shower door.Upgrading to WIFI access within the hotel would be a good idea to ensure the hotel respond to all guests needs.

Very Nice place in NiceStaff were very helpful and welcoming.The location of the Hotel is ideal for visiting the old and new places in Nice.Although the rooms we stayed in were standard, they had everything you needed and provided a quiet air-conditioned place to sleep at a great price. I would recommend it to other groups without question and would stay again.

Hotel could not be better placed for shopping, restaurants, the Old Town, Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. It is a little old-fashioned but pleasant and charming. The reception staff are superb; helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and very welcoming.

I was very disappointed with this hotel; especially as it was advertised as a 3* hotel. The ensuite consisted of small bath and no shower curtain. The plug was also blocked so the water did not drain away, I believe this was a hotel-wide plumbing issue as we overheard other guests with shower complaining their bathroom flooded. We tried to raise our complaints with the reception but little interest was shown in rectifying the situation. The room was also not particularly clean or comfortable for a 3*. It was however well located near to Old Nice and Beachfront. I do not consider it value for money though!

Easy to find and central to Nice, yet not too noisy. Friendly staff. Carpet in room was not clean. The full room rates were about 90 Euro, so we suspected that the "late room" rate meant we got a substandard room they couldn't rent otherwise. This one wasn't worth the 60 or so we paid as we proved later with a better hotel round the corner for a little less.

Great location is about the best thing going for this hotel. 2 minute walk from great bars and restaurants. We only paid â¬85 euro for the room, so can't complain too much. You get what you pay for. Noisy street to be on, the air conditioning is a BIG motorised box that you plug in and the shower is one that is held above the head! I would stay here again if on a budget, but would like to see the other options. If you do go, prepare yourself for the lift, which is something out of the early 1900's!

The hotel is a little old and not recently refreshed... But it in the very heart of the city, near rue massena (shops, etc.) , 2 min. walking from the \"vieille ville\". The personnel is very kind and will give you any kind of informations.Very, very nice for the price (not the whole price, theat's a bit too high - as for other hotels in Nice, on the otherside - but the Laterooms.com's one!!!).

In fairness, it is a OK place to stay if you travel alone and want a cheap room in the center of Nice for a night. However, the hotel is not really suitable for staying with children (there is a tiny ancient lift that is not big enough for a buggy - so we finished up carrying the baby and the buggy up and down stairs to the 3d floor - and there was no space for the buggy in the room, so we had to collapse it every time before entering the room), although the staff was trying to be helpful. The biggest disappointment was to find bed bug bites after the one night that we stayed there.

Au niveau qualité-prix : 45€ par nuit, nous sommes très satisfaits : c'est mieux qu'une chaîne d'hôtels, mais pour un hôtel de 3 étoiles, la chambre et sdb sont petites même si elles ont les conforts, chambre moyennement insonorisée au niveau de la rue. L'absence de parking est regrettable, un tarif préférentiel pour les parkings de la ville aurait été bien et apprécié. Très bon emplacement dans Nice. Améliorer les explications pour y arriver.
