I decided to take a long weekend with three of my girlfriends and this was a return visit for me and as soon as I got home, I booked a family vaction for an entire week. This is worth every penny spent. My only disappointment was there was no complimentary coffee to guests and no continental breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and roomy.(although our room smelled of cigarette smoke and it was a non-smoking hotel). I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

This was our first visit to Daytona, Florida. We stayed in the ocean view studio with two queen beds. I was pleasantly suprised because the room also had a sleeper sofa, kitchen and a bath almost as large as my home bath. The room was spotless. The decor was updated and the air conditioning was phenomenal. The hotel is on the beach and it is centrally located to food and entertainment. My family is considering an annual trip to Daytona and to this particular hotel! Very pleased. Would definately stay again.

This was my first time to visit this Resort and I must admit I was very impressed. The rooms were spacious, the view of the beach was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. I will be back.

The room next to ours had 10 or more occupants - they were nonetheless noisy. We requested to be moved as there were babies crying, doors slamming, loud voices, etc. The hotel would not accomodate us. I had to physically go downstairs and voice my complaints to four different staff members, who were to say the least, unfriendly and noncompassionate. After blood pressure raising and having to fight for what I rightfully deserved, they agreed to move us THE NEXT DAY. Two out of five nights were met with restless sleep, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. In addition, the restaurant they have posted on the website, which looks very upscale and fancy, was "closed for the season". since we stayed from June 11-16, I don't understand why this would be the case when this is probably the busiest time of year for tourism. Room service was also listed on the website as an amenity. When we called to order this during a storm, they informed us that they DO NOT offer room service and gave us local numbers of pizza places. We were very disappointed. On the positive side, the hotel pools were great. Both outdoor pools were heated and very large. Even when lots of people were in them, there was plenty of room to swim. Likewise, the indoor pool and two jacuzzis were usually not very populated and we enjoyed using them throughout our stay. The outdoor pool area has a tiki bar which we bought drinks from on our second day there. The drinks were very watered down and the bar was understaffed. A staff member told us that "their census is down and they laid people off and some quit" She told us she is one of the few that stayed. The hotel has a small fitness room and I was able to use the treadmill without having to wait in line. They also have secured access to the hotel from then beach and street. This made us feel safe and was a nice feature. The beach outside of the hotel was very private and densely populated so we felt that we had privacy in that area as well. The boardwalk

We had a great stay. It couldn't have been better. The hotel room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were great and clean and the beach was excellent. We plan to stay here again.

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Our flight was in about 3 hours before checkin but we were able to get into our room early (we also had to check out in the very early morning which wasn't a problem either). The pools are lovely and a great change after being in the ocean all day. Being right on the ocean is wonderful, the location was wonderful. The hotel is located right across from several familiar restaurants and many shops. We didn't have a rental car so everything we did we had to walk to, but some activities have shuttles (like parasailing, which was amazing). We walked across the street to the grocery store, since we had a kitchenette we purchased breakfast and lunch foods to save money, so we were only paying daily for dinners. There were plenty of gift shops across the street and offered those items that you want to bring back to the people at home. It was a wonderful hotel and when we go back we will absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice with great pools and very nice lounge chairs. Our room was very nice and well maintained, however the hallways and elevators needed much detailed cleaning. It is in a very good location on the beach with easy access to a couple of bridges and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The only downside is the $12 resort fee, as we did not get a newspaper a couple of days and had to leave notes asking for basic items such as coffee service, shampoo, and linen changes. Would stay again though, as these were minor things

Beautiful rooms, pools and facilities. Because the hotel is north of the convention center it is quiter and more relaxing than many locations. We will definitely return to enjoy this facility.

The hotel staff exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The unobstructed views were incredible! We will definately be back! Great resort for the price!

Nice size room with balcony looking at the ocean. Having a small kitchen allowed for romantic dinners on the balcony. The small negative was the cleaners knocking at the door at 9:30 am and then not bothering to remove wine glasses or coffee cups on the tables. Overall, a nice experience

was great overall. only problem is i was charges an additional free in the end on my charge card. which i didnt see in the small fine print!
