We were traveling cross country and didn't arrive at the motel until 11pm. The room had not been cleaned well. There was someone's dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and someone's bloody bandaide was left in the trash can in the room. Most of the motel (in the front of the property) had burned down and all that is left is this building in the back. Which wasn't so bad because it was quiet and that was really all we were looking for was a quiet place to lay down for a few hours. The night shift lady at the desk was very helpful in getting our problems resolved to the best of her ability.

Free WIFI, free continental breakfast. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. I would stay here again. I liked the free WIFI & continental breakfast. I've stayed in nicer for the money, but it's not bad.

Excellent stop off across country. Allow pets, room was great, clean and comfortable. Pets were welcomed and lots of places to take them to run. Very convenient, safe and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice. Morning hotel clerk was rude. This was a very clean and spacious room.

Vending machines and ice were inadequate. Breakfast was okay but not monitored closely. Milk was warm. Area was well lighted but a little spooky - sits back off the beaten path.

It was roomy and clean, no odd smells. It wasn't the best place for family fun. My hotel was roomy and very clean. No odd smells or spots of unknown origin. The staff was helpful, but did not go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Arrived in late so we didn't have a chance to check out the pool. the room was nice, clean & spacious. shawer was decent I didn't care for the breakfast bar (biscuits & gravy & pastries), McDonalds was right down the road so we ate breafast there & so we were on our way, overall it was a good price I would stay there again. I would suggested keeping the room door clesd due to MOSQUITOES are bad they have a sign up at the front desk. & they were right!!! (but it isn't the hotels fault) Nice friendly people at the front desk too.

Polite staff. Pool was closed and covered. I guess winter wasn't officially over. Nice breakfast bar- we could tell we were in the south when they offered hot biscuits and sausage gravy. yummy!

Very clean, away from main road so it is quiet. Biggest problem- if you use the pool you have to go back to your room to use the restroom. Free continental breakfast, not fancy but good. Room advertised as having a Jacuzzi, but it was actually a single person tub with jets, not really what I would call a jacuzzi, so don't waste the extra money for this. I would otherwise stay here again, no problem. Restaurants and Walmart very nearby.

Convenient and along the way. Outside doors - unsafe and old fashion! Infestation of mosquitoes at the hotel made for a very uncomfortable night for everyone! It is almost impossible to find a way to actually talk with someone at you business and these reviews seem to go into a black hole somewhere. Does anyone actually read them? Do you ever write back to the reviewer with comments/suggestions, etc? I love your service, and have used it for rooms and cars for several years. However, since you get my feedback, it would be nice to get some from you sometime.

King bed rooms large. No constricted movement areas. Bed area has settee at foot of bed in addition to other typical furniture. Seating area separated from sleep space by half wall; has sofa, coffee table, potted tree. Fridge in vanity area. Rooms are clean. Water pressure in shower superb. Price very reasonable. Limited internet access: can only dial in to handful of national providers, not all front desk staff knowledgable about procedures. But if you have wireless capability, connecting to Internet is effortless. Breakfast fare limited, but nothing is free. More would increase room price.

Rooms are large attractive and comfortable, also has all of the extras. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. The shower drain was not functioning and water backed up in the tub during shower, carpets looked good, but left feet very dirty. I have traveled to this city several times and have stayed in a couple more expensive motels but I have found this motel to be the best all round. The staff is excellent at service and the motel meets my needs. In the past, my rooms at this motel have been very clean and I suspect that the issues this trip were simply an oversight. At check out the clerk seem to appreciate my feed back on the two issues that I had this trip. He indicated that they had just contracted all of the carpets cleaned and couldn't fully understand how that one could be so dirty, unless the contractor had skipped that one and assured me that they would be corrected.

"Attractive lobby but the bkfst area to the side of lobby could have been kept tidier (e.g., paper plate ""spoon rest"" for gravy ladle was full of gravy). My wife and I both have allergies to various odors and air-borne contaminants, but we had no trouble with the non-smoking room. Size of room with one king bed is a real plus. Electrical outlets easily accessible (a plus for use of breathing machine, computer)."

The air conditioner worked. Not clean, rude staff, short handed, lack of hot water. The hotel was dirty and had many maintenance issues.

"The room smelled like cat urine. The maids did nothing but make the bed. Smoking rooms had no ashtrays. Shampoo and soap were not replaced on a daily basis. The continental breakfast was rolls and apples, juice and biscuits/gravey and coffee. Seemed to be left overs from days before."

The staff was quick in getting us check in The carpet in the rooms were dirty. The breakfast buffet needed healthier choices. Our overall experience was less that what we'd expected. This hotel in the past was of a higher quality. They have really lower that standards.
