The staff was very courteous and nice but unfortunately the hot water went out the first night we were there and had no hot water for the rest of our stay. There was no adjustment to our bill, the staff telling us that only Orbitz could call and make pricing changes. Since I was not able to reach Orbitz by phone, I feel like I was not given very good service especially for the price of the room.

The location was good for the beach. Not enough towels and the ice machine was always empty. Met our expectations. Needed more towels and the ice machine was always empty. Beds were fine and the locationwas perfect for the Navarre Beach.

Location - food nearby. Heavily used. Heavily used and it shows. Plumbing dated, pool area needed work - but on the positive side is location and price. You are not on the beach - just a very short ride away. A wide selection of eateries are close to a few miles away. If you must have the high price condo 2 feet from the beach with all the amenities - this is not your choice. Want to save money at a 2 star situation - this is your place.

Excellent and friendly staff. The little details do matter. PROS: Great location for those that cannot afford beachfront. Right across bridge to public beach access. Four fast foods right in parking lot, walking distance and a grocery store. Staff was excellent in accommodating guests. CONS: "Continental" breakfast was sparse at best - doughnuts and coffee. Very small eating area in lobby. Our room the draperies were falling in places and could have easily been fixed. The sleeper loveseat was broken and could have caused an unsuspecting adult an injury but our 5-yr old slept on it so it wasn't a problem for us. This will definitely be a yearly getaway for our family.
