Good customer service person. I wanted two beds and got one. I requested two queen beds and got a room with one king bed. The hotel was full and could not provide another room. I didn't want to sleep with my adult son in the same bed. Not a good experience.

The room was very nicely laid out. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! However, even with all the lights turned on, the room was quite dim. Also, the toilet seat wasn't clean and there were hairs around the sink. Since there was a connecting door with the next room, there was quite a bit of noice as well. The breakfast was nicely laid out, although the selection wasn't the best and the juice tasted funny. And there was a hotel employee who was standing against a door staring at us with a nasty look the whole time we ate (maybe because we had children with us?). Overall a good value for the money, would probably stay again. Was a little hard to figure out how to get to the hotel after dark from the highway.

Room had great amenities, microwave and fridge. Noisy. Easy to find, off the interstate, room was super clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was courteous and willing to help with any needs or questions that I had. The hotel and room were both exceptionally neat and clean. I would definately reccomend this hotel and if the chance presented itself, I would gladly stay there again!

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great location, and 10% off a great meal at the restaurant across the parking lot!

Very close to hwy 65. The hall ways smelled very smoky and we were in a non smoking room. I was pleased with the location, and the hotel was very nice and clean. Could have used a better paint job in the bathroom. Also the hair dryer did not work.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms (king suite) were clean and quiet. We thought it was an extremely good bargain as well. Will remember this hotel for future travel!

I really liked this location and the atmosphere was beautiful considering the other hotels around. This was a very clean hotel and there was three families on this vacation with me and we loved it, we were able to walk to get dinner and we came back to relax in the pool. I would definitly stay here again.

Clean, inside access to rooms. A little skimpy on towels, only one was cloth in room. This was a well kept, small hotel. But the size fit the area it was in. Good location if you have any business in Prattville, AL or are traveling through this area as it is right off the interstate. It is a good value for the money.

Great area with plenty of places to stop and eat. The breakfast options at the hotel were plenty, both hot and cold, and were quite good. The hotel room I stayed in had humidity issues and a strange scent from the AC unit. Another coworker stayed in another room and everything was fine. I would suggest staying here for a reasonable price and location. I highly recommend eating at Jim and Nicks BBQ. GREAT! You can skip Logan's, nothing tasted home made.

Location to golf course. Towels were very thin.

I was upset to find that the door to to pool outside had a broken lock so anyone could enter. I was told police watched the lot...not much comfort to me since our room was just inside that door! But bed and sheets were better than the room at Sandestin that we arrived at the following day! And breakfast was pretty good. Staff wasn't very friendly, but for a good night's rest and a.m. meal it was well worth the $$.

Location. On checking out, clerk charged my credit card again. I told her it was prepaid and she didn¿t know how to cancel charge. The hotel was pleasant except for the bathroom exhaust fan. Too noisy. Also, the clock radio was broken. The maid service was good and room was clean. Checking out was problem with desk clerk. I left at 5:30am and used front door which she said was supposed to locked until 6 am she also charged my credit card again and said she had to wait for day shift to cancel it because she didn¿t know how. She seemed very irritated at me for using the front door. I was treated well on check=in however.
