i must say this place is going places, they have new management that is changing everything and above all they are the only hotel in town that have flat screens in their suites, the manager is exceptional and would go to any extent to make your trip comfortable!!!!! definitely my home in Hutchinson

We were put in a dirty room, then the 2nd room was partly dirty with dirty towels left, dirty table, coffee pot with used filter. I spoke with the manager after I had left 2 msgs & she didn't seem to care one way or the other. The other hotel staff was more interested in getting rid of us than trying to make us feel comfortable in our room. The 2nd room had a dirty toilet & they came & cleaned that. Then we found dirty towel hanging behind bathroom door. Then notice the dining table was dirty in our room & also when making coffe next morning, a used coffee filter was still in the basket. We told all of this to the lady at the front desk & she didn't even apologize. She didn't care. I left msg for the manager to call me & she never did. 2 days later I called & did speak with the manager but there again, she didn't care. She was rude. I will not go back to this place.

Beds were comfortable, had a microwave and refrigerator in room. Maid service was sketchy, towels were thin. If you aren't planning to stay in the rooms for lengthy periods, its a fine place to stay. They provide breakfast for you.

Hotel was quiet which is important to us since we work long hours. Lighting was good for reading and doing reposrts Enough space to place luggage at a good level. The location was conveinient to our work. We were pleased with our stay.,

I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The hallways smelled of smoke and the staff was not very friendly. We stayed here because we knew we would not be in the room much. The room was very small and the heater did not work very well. It was either hot or cold.

Window seat was wonderful. Staff knowledgeable of nearby businesses and services. Parking lot cleared of snow quickly, but slows to scoop snowy sidewalks. We were caught in a snowstorm and our third-floor window seat was great. We could watch the world from our padded perch until the weather cleared up. Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants who would deliver to the hotel.

It was in the price range we needed which was great. Unfortunately my wife and I are not smokers and that was the only room available. For the most part we liked the hotel. I do know the next time we will not stay in a smoking room the smell was not pleasant other than that I will definitely refer the hotel to my family and friends. Oh yeah the waffles were awesome.

Check-in was a breeze for me! My daughter had to wait 20 minutes to check in, however. It apparently was a one-man operation after a certain point. Except for my daughter's lengthy wait to check in, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable. I will stay there again.
