I asked for a non-smoking and got a smoking room. It smelled horrible! Other than that, it was a very average room.

The rooms that were booked for me looked like they were water damaged and not repaired properly. The carpet looked dirty and smelt moldy. Along the walls, the carpet was pulling away with plaster coming with it. The tub room had mold on the ceiling and on the wall grout. I wouldn't return to this Hotel or for that matter, any of this chains properties. I remarked to the chain of these conditions, they responded with just a sorry for you inconvenience. I am truly disappointed with the whole experience.

The lobby was recently remodeled, so the lobby is beautiful and they even post their health departement report for the breakfast area - an impressive 96. So the breakfast was nice and clean with great orange juice, oatmeal, muffins (no waffles or anything like that, but it was nice). The rooms were clean. It's across the street from the rail road track so stay in the back if you are a light sleeper. Since we checked in late (9pm) on a very hot day, the room was very uncomforatble and took several hours to cool down, but by 1am in was time to cover up with the blanky. This would not be a place I would want to stay for a week, but great place for a stop-over and Collierville is BEAUTIFUL.

The front desk attendants were very friendly and did everything to make stay good. The cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed due to the number of occupants Friday and Saturday. This was good value for the price and the staff was friendly.

Friendliness of staff and the continental breakfast. No real problems occurred to us. Enjoyed our stay here. Given the location on a main street in town and easy to find good restaurants nearby, it provided the basic services we needed on our two days in the area.
