this property is very convenient to the Mackinaw city attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Staff went above the expected to answer questions about local attractions and services. Made the stay very pleasant.

Location was close to attractions we were interested in seeing. Outdated, temperature control problems. Continental breakfast was a nice idea and much appreciated but the food was stale.

The pool was very warm and the kids loved it. The front desk staff were very nice and helped us to get pizza delivered (from a place that doesn't deliver) when every pizza place was closed. Would definitly stay again!!!!

The people at the Front desk were great. We wanted to leave a day earlier, they were unable give me a credit. Consequently we paid for two nights and only stayed one. Francis Schilf

Within walking distance of most points of interest in Mackinaw City. The stairs to our room had an awkward door at the bottom. An excellent alternative to staying on the island. With the money you save, you can splurge on some luxuries to make the trip special.

Travel website botched-up the reservations because apparently they don't really know what rooms are actually available. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 3 people for 2 nights. We got a handicap room with 1 queen bed. No other rooms were available our first night. Got nothing but the run-around from Travel website & Days Inn corporate when trying to correct the problem as they kept deferring to each other. Hotel staff was courteous and tried to reserve a proper room at another hotel. A kind hotel guest traveling alone offered to exchange his room with 2 double beds for the handicap room, saved the day for us. The hotel staff gave us the correct room we had reserved originally for the 2nd night of our stay because one had become available.

could not log on to internet and the bed was lumpy and small. a refridgerator would have been nice. the plus was the location and price.

Price, location. Small parking lot. Friendly, clean, comfortable.

The breakfast room was much too warm to the point we were breaking out in a sweat. Consequently, before we left the hotel we changed into lighter clothing, then traveled out to Mackinac Island where the weather was much cooler and raining - now we're under dressed. Our fault for not being prepared for the weather, but the breakfast room didn't need to be uncomfortable warm.

Very accommodating, nice staff, friendly people

The staff was friendly and helpful and it was conveniently located. The hotel claimed Bridgeview and this was completely misrepresented. This hotel misrepresented the "Bridgeview" claim, but it was overall clean and friendly, conveniently located, and a good stay for an overnight or business stays.

"Very accomodating. The manager was personable. Would go there again, but next time would like to try a two-bed room. The one we stayed in was quite small with one queen-size bed. The discount was very minimal (like $*). Disappointed with that. Overall a 3-4 rating."

It was very clean, and was good quality for the price. The wireless internet was very poor. I would recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a nice cheap hotel. It was very clean and it was only a block away from the main street and very close to one of the Ferry's. The staff was very nice, I had to call to complain because we had a large group of people sitting outside our room drinking when we came back our last night and they took care of it. Over all our stay was very pleasant.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. . When me and my family checked in we were told it would be another 20 min. before our room was ready. The room was not ready till 5:00 p.m. and we had to sit in the very small loby for 45 min. total. We booked what the hotel described as a "2 bedroom suite". When we finally got up to the suite there was only one bedroom with 2 Queen beds and we had 4 adults and a 9 month old baby with us. When I went to the hotel desk to ask if they gave us the right room they said that the sitting room was considered a bedroom. I don't consider a room with a TV and couch a bedroom. Staff did not seem very helpful or cared that we were disappointed and also the other two adults had to end up paying more money and getting there own room at this same hotel because they felt there was no privacy and not enough room with a babv and 2 other people besides themselves. I would never go back to this hotel . Did I mention the bat problem . Bats were above most of the doors leading into the building .

Easy to find. Close to the bridge. Small rooms. Very cheap for the Mackinaw City area. Smaller rooms, but the indoor pool made up for it.

"We had a 2 room suite and it was great. The living area was kind of small, but the bedroom was huge! King size bed with 5 pillows and the sheets were soft and smelled like home, not a hotel room. There was a tv and a phone in the bathroom, and the price was very reasonable."

Great central location to all attractions. Very small parking lot. The hotel was nice for it's class and price. Great location and staff. Nice indoor pool and clean rooms. Quick walk to Downtown attractions, and wasn't really in a noisy location, as many lower star hotels tend to be.

Front desk where very welcoming and new everything about the area and events.
