Price. It was in poor condition, every aspect deteriorated.

It was quite. Not as clean as I would have liked, very remote location and nothing around to eat. It was ok for that night butI will not stay there again.

I did not like the owners/managers. They are of Indian (India) nationality and do not understand American tradition.

Comfortable bed. I enjoyed the pool. We had 2 rooms and the air in both of them did not cool. Overall review. There was no iron no crème rinse. Not enough of towels or rags and again no air.

Very dull atmosphere. Sink stopped up. Toilet ran all night. Dingy lobby. Poor hotel location and entrance. Will not do it again there.

It was not very nice at all! Will never stay there again! Hot water would of been nice! Bad service, not so clean room, nasty bathroom etc. I think you get the point!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean. The ice machine barely worked, the pool was dirty, slimy, there was a horrible smell in the water at times. First of all the hotel is not in Yulee it is about 15 min out of town. There were things like the pool being dirty, and the water in the bathroom shower had a horrible sewer smell at times. The ice machines didn't work very well. But the staff was nice and helpful. Over all this is a good place for a one night stay for business travelers or just a place to rest on a long trip but I would not stay for an extended time.
