Horrible. General Manager is extremely rude. Messed up reservations but still charged for a no-call/no-show. Called to cancel but was told I didn't have a reservation. Hung up on 3 times and was told I'm a "waste of his time". I would never stay here nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

Non-smoking floor, internet access, free HBO, and nice staff. Stairs needed vacuuming as a result of construction. Unconventional layout, friendly staff, clean room, good access, quiet, free HBO and internet, nice pool area (not big, but clean), relaxing atmosphere, undergoing minor construction and renovation and therefore a little bit of construction dust.

Nothing. At 6 AM the next morning the parking lot was not 1/2 full. We have had such a bad treatment at the hotel.

Nothing! Dirty carpet, only hot water at the vanity sink, Unfriendly staff, poor breakfast selection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Most of the problems are very fixable, but the management seems to be clueless!

Easy to find in town. The beds were hard as plywood. Backache from sleeping. The beds were too hard; the pool was cold.

The bedding was clean and the pool was good. The windows and mirrors were filthy. I would not stay here again.
