The motel was extremely dirty and very noisy. I was awoken early in the morning, with someone pounding on my door. They were renovating and should have waited a week or so to book the rooms. The paint smell was overbearing. We are now in Kentucky and this motel is beautiful and spotless. The Drawbridge Inn. I recommend this one!

Close to freeway and location I was visiting. The hotel did not meet basic needs for comfort. There was not enough hot water for myself and spouse to bathe. The shower head leaked. The breakfast area was cramped and we had to stand to eat our breakfast. Children ran up and down the halls from 9:00pm to 11:00pm. This was a very bad experience for my spouse and me.

The hotel was clean, the room was large, the front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was good. You can probably do better if you want to spend twice as much--but for the money, I was very pleased.

We stayed here 11 years ago when our family traveled to see the important LDS Church sites in the area. The location of the hotel is the best to the sites, but now there are other choices in the area. I booked the same hotel again as we were taking the same trip. The room was absolutely filthy. Everything is so old. Wallpaper in the bathroom is stained and filthy and peeling of the walls. The extension cords used all over the room were grimmy to the touch. Doors could hardly close. The carpets were filthy all along the edges. It just needs a good updating, which it looks like it hasn't had in 40 years. But it was very convenient to the locations we were visiting in Kirtland, OH. If I went again, I would stay on the other side of the freeway at the Marriott. The staff member that checked us in was very nice. The light continental breakfast was good. The outside of the building has been taken care of and looks like a decent Days Inn, but the inside is old and hasn't had any care in years. We did have dinner at the Dino's next door, which turned out to be surprising good. Except the building was old and the carpet was filthy. There is a small outdoor swimming pool that my 2 children enjoyed despite the fact that it wasn't heated.

This hotel met our needs above and beyond our expectations! The price for the two rooms was very reasonable, especially during the Hoilday season when our money goes for many other things!! The rooms were fairly large with Queen Bed , refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. There was a nice continental Breakfast in the morning. Would reccommend to anyone. THE LOCATION WAS RIGHT OFF THE I 90! Perfect

Pleasantly suprised how nice room was. If corners could be a little cleaner.

We stayed here two nights to visit the Historic Kirtland Village just a couple miles down the street. The proximity to historic Kirtland was great. The hotel staff was very, friendly and accommodating. They were very nice to help us change rooms when we were initially given a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. We'd stay here again on a repeat trip to the area.

We got a great price thru Travel website, and it was an OK room. However, there are many things that could easily be done to improve this hotel. We had to fix the toilet, the shower head and the sink light. The coffee maker did not work and was not replaced when requested. The hallway in this non-smoking sector reeked of cigarettes. There is NO VENTILATION FAN (???) in the bathroom which - beside the obvious resulting problem - is making everything rust and swell with moisture. Bad planning, a fan could help save the owner's investment. At least there is a door separating the sink and the stink. However, when we complained about extremely loud heavy metal music in the room next door, they got right on it and it stopped. As well, the microwave and refrigerator were appreciated greatly. The location is in a great area close to the interstate and VERY GOOD restaurants.

The Days Inn was a great value. It was clean and comfortable along with wireless internet. It seemed to meet all my needs for a great price.

Wow, I did not expect to find such a poor quality room in such disrepair. This hotel should not be allowed to operate. We arrived at 11pm on Sunday night in September 2008. The hotel was poorly lit, but we had been driving for 13 hours. We checked into the hotel. Once we arrived at the room, we inspected the room to find the wall paper falling off on every wall. The tile in the bathroom was covered in mildew, the sink was cracked, the towel rack was badly rusted. The exterior door leading to the court yard with a pool did not lock, the door handle fell off in my hand. Once in the courtyard, there was grass growing in the cracks around the pool and weeds in the planter boxes surrounding the pool area. In the morning, I went out to the car and found a dried up used condom next to my parking place, it had been there for quite some time. We checked out early and went down the street and checked into another hotel. Horrible experience and will never return to this location!

Good thing the photo of this place was so small-otherwise I would've passed on staying here. The place was not clean-lobby, halls, rooms were all run down looking, spills and spots on the carpeting and furniture, funky smells in the halls, etc. The advertised free internet never did work, though to be fair they were in the midst of changing to a new service provider due to poor reliability on the part of their present one. The amenities are few and very basic; about what you would expect for a * room. We reserved "upgraded" business rooms for an additional * per night- a waste of money. We did receive a discount upon checkout after we complained about the interent being down. Big freeway constuction (obviously not the hotel's fault) actually reduced the traffic noise-the ONLY plus I can think of for this place!

for the price i paid to stay i thought this hotel was a great value. the room was clean and neat. the only thing i would have hoped for was a little more modern decor, this hotel is in need of a rennovation.

We were able to park just outside the door to the room. The chair in our room was old and covered in stains. The room was clean as in no dust and clean sheets, but appeared dirty, because of the old chair by the bed that was covered in stains. There was a little mold in the ceiling panel just outside the bathroom. It looked like leftover damage from a previous leak from the upstairs room. The bathroom itself was clean, but the floor was a dreary orange color if I remember correctly. The toilet was very loud when you flushed it and you could hear the neighbor's toilet every time it did. The room had coffee, although I don't drink it. There is an air conditioner/heater in the room that also operates loudly, but it certainly gets it to temperature quickly. The room also had a safe, mini fridge with freezer, and a microwave. Very nice to have. I also believe there was internet connection, but I didn't have a need for it. Overall, the room seems dank and dreary, but for the price, it serves its purpose in giving me a place to rest just till morning.

This hotel was just right for our needs. It was close to our workshop and to several restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, nothing fancy. And, they have added coffeemakers to the rooms!

frrst impression is most of the time everything.. when checking in the person at the front desk was grubby looking and not very profesional at all very short and gave me the feeling that he did not want to answer any questions so i left him alone.. the hallways outside the rooms had a mildew smell and they were hot (stinkie) after traveling over 8 hundred miles all i wanted to do is take a shower and rest. there was no i mean no hot water. i called the front desk and he told me to wait a few hours and it will be hot...i took a cold shower.. at my age this did not help my sex life..anyhow i was there four days and one of the days my room was not made up. so i just got some new towels. i didn't want to put anyone out.. all in all the room was nice. the continal breakefast was not bad except for the fact that there was not much in the line of clean-up. place got kind of a mess.but not bad.

The location was great with Easy off and Easy on to I-90. The pool as well maintained and was surprised to have pool towels at the pool! There was evidence of water damage in hall when you came in the door along with cob webs. Since I have not stayed in a motel recently, I was amazed at the odor in our room. Granted, this was a smoking room. Since it was a quick trip, I did not complain to management and was able to open the window I assume that smoking rooms are not cleaned as well as the regular rooms. I wondered to myself if this was ever a non-smoking room, it would never be used!

Location. Cleanliness. The room was nasty, wallpaper peeling, water damage on furniture (literally disintegrating on the floor), and mold in bathroom and on walls. Door did not latch unless you physically pulled it shut (security issue).
