This was the last hotel available so I had to book the room for a local fair in the area. The hotel smelled, shampoo samples were smaller than anything I've ever seen, towels mismatched and I was afraid to take my sandels off in the room. YUCK.

Price was good for the room. No restaurant. It was clean and the staff spoke English, good local and easy to find.

We picked it originally for the low price, but we return because it is one of the nicest places to stay for a few days. Helpful staff, quick service, clean facilities and a good location for a family visit in Marrietta.

It's an excellent value for the money. Put the smoking rooms on the 2nd floor not the 1st. We found everything to be ok and an excellent value for the $. Would like to see them put the smokers on the 2nd floor instead of the first.

Overall we were disatisfied with our stay here. The room itself was clean, but the overall service was not very good. You are not allowed to take the continental breakfast food back to your room. The manager stated it was because of the smell the food leaves behind, yet there are advertisements for Papa John's Pizza all throughout the hotel (posters by the front desk and vending machines). There is even a phone number for delivery on the actual keycard to the room. There is a folded card with the phone number for Papa John's right by the phone. Which smells worse, a leftover bagel in the room, or pizza? I had never been anywhere else that had a problem taking the food back to our room. The outside door in the back of the hotel is not locked, anyone can walk right in. Their cancellation policy is also in need of improvement, we were unable to get any money back with a 24 hr notice prior to cancellation. We really only wanted to stay one night due to the service, but had to stay two because we would have lost money. We are pretty low key people, we just want a nice room to sleep in, nothing fancy, no frills. This hotel though is definiteley on our "do not return" list.

Nice swimming pool, easy access off the road. The desk manager did not want to discuss our room or accommodate my room to be beside my mom who had to be on ground floor because of her disabilities. I would rate it good, if you are looking for clean, and easy stay.

We got there a bit early, and was not allowed to check in, so we had to drive around for a couple of hours..not good! The room, though, was very nice, the bed big and comfy, and they had the best pillows I have ever had in a mote/hotel.The pool was pleasant, utnil the managers' 3 young childrern took it over by rough-housing and making their little sister scream and cry. (Even though it is clreary posted "no rough play, and that children had to accompanied by an adult. We wanted to go to Fenton Glass - it was only 2.5 miles, as well as 2.5 miles to the bridge to Marietta, Ohio, (a great place). Also it was right next to the W. Va. welcome center, so we were able to pick up a lot of maps and brochures. The continetal breakfast wqas faresh and llovely, with a wide variety of iteems. The exercixce room, though, only had 2 pieces of equipment. All in all, we were quiet pleased

The hotel was not that bad. It is your guarantee bad. Toilet stopped up, coffee pot ran over, but fixed. I received 2 doubles rather than one queen.

After I had booked the room on-line, when I arrived I was told by the front desk that there was a fee for each child over 13 years old. The room was also dirty and in need of updating.

Even though located just off expressway it was quiet. No ice machine that worked. Everything was decent for a 2 star, yet they should have an ice machine on every floor for convenience. When we did find the ice machine it didn't work. We had medication with us that needed to be kept cool. Ending up at a local gas station for ice.

Nothing at all. What was there not to dislike? There were holes in the walls patched but not painted or anything. Everything was dirty and coated in nicotine and the place smelled like burnt oranges. The curtains had cigarette burns in them and the clock/radio didn't work. I didn't even unpack my bags and was there less than 30 minutes, after talking to the manager who offered me another room.

Nothing, I will never stay there again. The hotel rooms had a terrible odor, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the continental breakfast was inedible. The hotel rooms had a terrible odor, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the continental breakfast was inedible.

Absolutely nothing, the management told us never to return again. This was a very poorly run hotel. After submitting my comments, the management tracked us down and called us liars. He told us to never come back again. All I requested was a non smoking room for the evening which was available but he said we would have to pay an additional $ since non smoking rooms cost more. How ridiculous is that! We have never had to pay extra for a non smoking room anywhere. Days Inn does not live up to its standards at all. Highly dissatisfied! Please be sure to take them off your list.

Nothing. The room was smelly. The toilet was stopped up and we had to have it fixed, I was charged to upgrade from a king size bed to 2 double beds, the room smelled like old sweat and smoke.

Complimentary breakfast. Toilet did not flush. This hotel seemed to be okay at first glance. The room was clean enough, the staff was friendly. Then we found out the toilet didn't flush. During breakfast, the desk attendant came in to refill the cereal, farted and left. All in, not a pleasant experience.

I did not like anything about the hotel. The bagels in the glass containers had little flying bugs in it. The room smell like smoke so we did not get any clothes out. The playground they have consist of a teeter-totter and that is it. The breakfast was not any good. The bagels that were in the glass containers had ants in the containers. It was not a good experience.

Nothing. I did not like the guy at the counter. Not a very good experience! A lot of highway noise. The room was not very clean and hotel staff was not very friendly. I would not stay here again.

Clean room, nice staff, and quick check in for the price. The breakfast stunk. Good for the price. I just like a better-quality hotel, but there wasn't one available. They really need to work on improving their breakfast/fitness facility.

Price. See review. I submitted early to one of your surveys about this experience. It was a nightmare. I've never had such a negative experience on the road. Everything from a cold room that wouldn't heat up and the front desk would not switch to a shower that went hot and cold. Coffee in the morning was not even plugged in the breakfast room. I could go on and on. I will not stay at this hotel again. I have other coherts in the company that travel this area too and I will not recommend it to them.

Price. Room very cold and didn't heat up. Told staff - didn't care. I stayed at this hotel the whole week. Checked into a very cold room that didn't warm up after an hour. Called front desk and they switched to another room that was much better. Was going to spend the week. Checked in and found room very cold again. Hmm? Waited 45 minutes and I was still freezing. Everything in the room, beds, furniture, bathroom etc. Was like ice. I was ready for bed and the room wasn't warming up. Personally walked down to the front desk to explain my problem and was given the run around. I was told to wait a little longer and the room would warm up. I checked in at 10:13pm. After what I just went through, I gave up and turned the lights out at 12:30am with the covers piled up on me and went to sleep. What a bad night! I will never stay in this hotel again. Nor will I recommend it to my company. We have people coming into the area to work and they will be staying in another hotel! I don't care what the price of a hotel is; I think in the winter you should be able to stay warm! Try it sometime.
