customer service was very good, the location was perfect for us, being right across from the hospital, I had to undergo an outpatient surgery so it was so convenient.

There was nothing to like about this hotel Not clean, no amenities, even the coffee was tasteless

The hotel was in the best location for my needs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Interior room details needed attention (ie loose shower curtain rod, missing screws on hanger rack, shallow bath tub, poor quality bath tissue) Room was clean, with exception of bath towels that appeared to have been previously used or somehow picked-up contaminants (blue and red particles) in the laundering process. The headboard on the bed was oddly sticky, as though it needed cleaning and a water rinse. Building exterior needs work/repair, particularly stair frames, which are rusting and separating and could be or become a safety hazard.

clean and nice for a great price

Was disappointed in the late night check-in at a bullet-proof window and that you couldn't enter the office. The wireless net was satisfactory, but the stain on the couch was a turn-off. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Couldn't recommend for more than a one night stay.

A very clean 2 star hotel. The outdoor pool was already closed for the season? The pool was already closed for the season with daytime temperature still above 90 Deg F. This was just the 1st week of Sept? The hotel's internet service (wireless) was not operable.

This was actually the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The 1st time, I thought the filthy bathroom was just because the cleaning crew had not been in the room yet. WRONG! This time, I checked the bathroom as soon as I got there, & the tub had mildew/mold all around the edge. There was some sort of grunge all over the shower walls. The shower curtain had the same grunge on it. The shower head was coated with mildew/mold. NASTY!!!! Even at this price, they should clean the bathroom much better. The location is ok, but not too easy to get into or out of. Coming from BJExpWay, you have to pass the entrance & make a u-turn to get back to it. It is also at a busy intersection, so getting out can be tricky during rush hour. I do want to add that the staff is quite nice. They just don't know how to clean! Spend a few extra dollars & stay some place else.

I thought the rooms were clean although the blanket seemed a little shabby and 4 pillows would have been better for a king bed. I thought for the money it was fine. All we needed for why we were there.

The area was quiet and the room clean. There are no eating places in walking distance but can be found a short drive away. The value was okay.

I do not like the hotel its is very trashy There is nuthing i like about the hotel whitch its a motel to be honest I didnt even stay at the hotel because of the people in the parkinglot and the looks of the place is trashy

It was close to the interstate. It looked kind of old and creepy. The bed was not comfortable. There was no real breakfast. The paint on the walls was peeling. I didn't feel very safe staying there by myself. The hotel didn't make for a very relaxing stay. For a Days Inn I was disappointed. I won't stay there again.

No issues when I had to go back after checking out due to having left my medication in the refrigerator. Very friendly and helpful. The entrance leaves much to be desired. Coming from 520 you have to go up to a traffic light past the hotel and do a U turn. Entrance not well marked. Pleasant experience. Clean room. AC worked (definite plus for GA in July). Friendly staff.

Location was not bad. Staff did not care. Dark, gangs of people hanging outside the rooms, smoking, talking loudly to each other. Very disappointing.

clean room, fridge bonus, sufficient parking (trailer) no snack/soda machines and nearest was more than a quarter mile Rooms were clean and the fridge is a nice size. Staff was friendly though had no supplies (toothbrush). Was able to park my 20 ft. trailer easily. There were no soda or snack machines and you have to travel more than a quarter mile to the gas station if the drugstore next door is closed late at night.

Nothing. Pool, staff, dirty toilets and floors, dirty room, it was awful. We were so dissatisfied. We arrived at 10:30 with our young children and ready to sleep for the night. Before more travels the next day. The office was separate and I could tell when we pulled up it wasn't taken care of. The pool looked worse than a pond (I took pictures) Our kids were very disappointed. Our room floor was not swept. The bath towel on the tub had dirty spots on it. I took pictures of all. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid the sheets were dirty as well. It was a very unkempt place and the staff was not helpful and were all foreign. We did get a lower star which is fine but I expected clean and also the pool. Terrible and I would hate for anyone else to get stuck there. Thank you for your understanding. We would love to be compensated.

The location was great. The pool had not been cleaned in years, the water was green and it smelled horrible. The hotel is old and smelly. The condition is deplorable and it should probably be condemned. I have never stayed in a hotel this shabby and would not recommend it to anyone. I ended up staying with relatives mostly because of the condition of this property.

Nothing at all. Very nasty did not stay but 2 hours and left. Poor service and unclean rooms!

Location. Assessable from street. There were roaches in my room and the proprietor seemed indifferent to it. When I told him, he did not apologize or make any other comment.

Calling us tw minutes past check out time was ridiculous. It was not if they were busy! The room was clean the beds were extremely hard - you had to check in though a walk up window. We were 2 minutes past check out time and they were calling us to tell us it was time to get out!

Nothing. There was food on the phone. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and tub and it wasn't ours. The bed linens smelled like they were not washed, the bathroom had hairs all over it, there was food stuck to the phone, and the room had a horrible smell!
