Dealing with orbitz customer service was the worst experience I have had to date with a company. I am regional manager for a company of 2000 and have submitted to all the managers to never used orbitz.

Friendly desk help on Wednesday night, nice front lobby, decent free breakfast- always stocked. Glitch toilet in room, door key card stopped working twice in three days, some of the help does not speak enough English to understand needs.

I came to this hotel from prior reviews, such as breakfast, Breakfast what I expetced, if you like waffles maybe great. The space where you get your waffle or cereal is small waited standing for maybe 10 mins. No assistance from staff, he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Overall I would stay again, I like the fact that it is close to everything, mall, restarants and highway, yet, it is not in the mist of the city. It's in a secluded area kind of hidin but well lit area. I saw securty cameras on the outter buildings but don't beleive they were being monitored at all maybe taped. Best thing about this place is the clean rooms, and VERY SILENT, I could of swore I was the only occupant there. Full cable TV + HBO and wireless internet. If you go get up early to beat the breakfast rush, or go to the many restarants close like accross the street. Beds are comforable but the pillows suck. Like sleeping on a hard sponge, cheap material. I had a single room and a double bed with like 6 pillows very nice - comfort of the pillows. The price I found online stated 56.00 upon arrival it was 64. Maybe cost more for Monday check in.

Location is a little tricky to get out of if you want to go North/East. Overall the people were very nice, the location is safe and clean, the room was clean, modern, roomy. The only things we did not like was the A/C unit was rather loud. But overall we would stay again if in the area.

It was clean and quiet. Very little food and drinks on breakfast buffet/hard to access.

I traveled here on business and I chose the Days Inn West for the good location. This was an exceptionally clean property, they served homemade belgian waffles on the breakfast bar and the staff was so friendly. I can not tell you how pleased I was to find a comfortable bed and very clean room after an all day of business meetings. They had so many cable stations!Thank you.

I want to thank all the staff of this Days Inn for the outstanding service I received. This motel is located right next door to everything. Kmart, West Towne Mall, Red Lobster, Walmart, and numerous restaurants, even a Bingo Hall down the street. They have a nice movie theatre in the Mall. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a microwave and fridge. The King room had 5 pillows and the mattress was so comfortable. The rooms are spotless, carpets extremly clean!!!! The breakfast was nice, you make your own waffles on a waffle iron, juices, breads, donuts, milk. It is a very clean property in an excellent location to all of the Wichita attractions and only 2 miles from the Airport. Very honest staff, I had left *by mustake in my room and the Housekeeper turned it into the desk. Thank you for the honesty. I know where I will stay when in Wichta and will always book with Travel agent! Thank you Travel agent for such a good hotel.

The Days Inn Wichita West was well located for my trip purposes, which involved a day and a half of business in Wichita followed by 3 days in another city and another motel 80 miles west. The facility was pretty old, with not a lot of upkeep to the rooms or the parking area (badly cracked blacktop). The door was difficult to close due to a screwhead protruding from the sill. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Air conditioning adequate. When I checked out, I asked the counter staff to see if he could make a reservation for me at the Days Inn in my next destination, and was handed an 800 number with the explanation they don't do that.

The Days Inn in West Wichita was very comfortable, the room large with lots of space. The location was great. It was a short drive to shopping, dinning options, and the airport. We will stay here again.
