I booked this hotel online. The pictures looked decent and it offered all the amenities I wanted such as Pool, Continental Breakfast, and Wireless Internet. Once I got there it was a different story. I will say that the staff was very friendly. On the other hand the building is old and needs much work. The pool is outside so you can only swim if the weather permits. The room was not very clean. The shower curtain had SOMETHING all over it. The bottom of the tub was black. When the bathroom floor got wet the water turned black. The walls and sink were also dirty. The furniture items throughout the room were in good condition though. There were no plug ins for things like cell phone and laptop chargers. The internet was so slow it never loaded a full page. The breakfast was NOT good. Too plain and you could tell that it had been sitting there for some time. The location was great for my trip. It was close to the road I needed and not knowing the area that was a plus but it was very noisy because it is right next to the Interstate. It is a good location in the it is close to a wide variety or dinning options. All in all the cons were more than the pros. I wouldn't recomend anyone staying here.

Staff was friendly. Bugs on the pillows, floors and beds.

This hotel was one of the least expensive we could find, but I selected it because it had a free breakfast. I didn't find the place disappointing, but my husband was frustrated by my frugality. The hotel is very close to the freeway, so it was pretty noisy, plus we could hear the chain on the flagpole clacking all night long. The bed was OK. The shower was a little dirty. The breakfast was poor. The staff was friendly.

I read the previous reviews on this site and since this hotel was close to the fairgrounds, I booked it. The room was tiny and smelled terrible. Although the carpet and bedding looked fairly new, it did not really help. The heat smelled absolutely awful and we couldn't use it. The bathroom was tiny and not that clean. There was a work boot footprint on the side of the tub. The lights outside our room was burned out. I would have been afraid to eat the free breakfast since the rest of the property was not very clean. Our keys would not unlock the door and the desk clerk had to use her keys to let us in. AVOID!!

The girl at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. When we walked in, she was counting money and didn't even look at us until she was done which was about 2 minutes. And then no apology. Very curt. Our room was pretty run down. The carpet felt sticky and after I walked on it, the bottoms of my feet were dirty. Needless to say, I wore flip flops the rest of the time in the room. The bathtub was dirty and there were tiles that were falling off and broken. We didn't eat the breakfast buffet because it's over at 9:00 and we didn't want to get up that early. I called the morning we were checking out to see if we could get a later time and again the front desk girl was SO hateful. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was nice. Room was too small, floor was dirty and had sticky spots. I personally will not stay here again, the room looked nothing like it did on internet. Very disappointed in that. The room was not only too small, but there was sticky spots on the carpet, not sure what it was either. The only good part about the stay was the staff was very nice.

I travel to OKC several times a year and this is my new go to place. Clean room, comfortable bed with 5 ? that right 5 pillows on it, very well sound insulated, large TV, microwave, refrigerator, and for us big guys ? the shower curtain rod is curved out giving me lots more shoulder room. The wireless internet access is solid and fast, both upstream and down.Did I mention the free hot breakfast? Beside the standard fresh waffles, there are eggs, sausages, biscuits, sausage gravy, donuts and pastries, muffins, mini bagels, breads (with toaster), jellies, cream cheese, milk, coffee, fresh fruits, orange and apple juices, and a couple of breakfast cereals. I couldn?t believe it! When I walked in there was a newspaper available, a nice friendly lady greeted me and was truly concerned that all was well, checking to make sure the juice was cold and good, and that I had everything I needed.Well run and reasonably priced, I can?t ask for more.Highly Recommended

It was a great location from my son's school. The room claimed to have been remodeled but it was in poor condition. I was very disappointed. I didn't complain at the time because I got in late and was to tired to check into another hotel. I would love to continue doing business with you.

Not a fancy hotel but we arrived at 8:30pm and was gone by 9am the next morn.Close to the highway, room was adequate and the breakfast was good. It wasa hot breakfast which you don't find often.

This was an excellent place to stay. The room was too much for what we paid for. Days Inn West exceeded our expectations, we will return bringing 6 kids and 1 grandchild. The breakfast buffet was too much, it had everything fit for a king. Hot waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee, sausage, etc. The staff was very friendly and casual atmosphere.

Absolutely nothing. Carpet was sticky, room stunk and location was difficult to enter onto property. This property is run-down, shabby, dirty, smelly, noisy, and very difficult to maneuver into from any direction.

Arrived at 11pm and was treated well by the front desk. Very good value for the price. Close to the highway, hot breakfast which made it the perfect place for us. This was not a fancy hotel, but then we did not pay a big price and had a good breakfast.

You could see the hotel just off the interstate but had to go back twice to find the actual entrance. You entered through the parking lot of another business. I asked to use a computer and was sent across the parking lot to another hotel, who was out to lunch and did not have time to let me use it right now. The room was musky smelling, and the carpets were dirty. The microwave in one room started beeping a couple of times during the night so I just unplugged it. We had 4 people in each room, and a pool was available yet we only had 3 bath towel sets. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked very well, the pool was a little dirty but then there were lots of children in it, and the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it.

The staff was very good. I was somewhat disappointed with the room. There was a lightbulb out and a we had to be explained to on how the shower works. That was a first!

The staff at the hotel was friendly, inviting, and made my stay quite pleasant. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good value & location. Pool was closed due to glass in pool, but we were not given the option of using the next door pool. My daughter was very disappointed because the pool was closed. When we called & found this out, we weren't given the option of using the pool next door to our hotel. We didn't even find out this was available until the next morning when we checked out. There was supposed to be a message on our phone, but there was not.
