Customer service was great. Beds were not comfortable. Was ok. Nothing special but good.

Room was ok ( a little cramped) and clean. Front desk was friendly. Ok continental breakfast. We were walks ins without reservation and got a nice room. Had outside first floor corner room, and was very quiet. Hotel is far enough away from the train tracks so they don?t cause problems.

I made a reservation for a one night stay at this hotel at least two weeks before arriving. On the night of arrival, I was treated SO POORLY by the front desk staff that I decided not to stay there, even though the clerk told me that I would be charged for the room whether or not I was happy with the service or the quality of the room. The property is run down and dirty - Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to the Comfort Inn and pay * more for a decent room!!!

Nothing. Staff was very rude and not workable in disputes. We were asked to pay more for the room. We were not the only ones they did this too. They did not care or want to settle this in any way.

reservations were made 1 month ahead of time and when we called 3 days before we left we were told they had no record of our reservation I had the reservation number and it was the manager who took the reservation. rooms were filthy. rugs were so bad we didnt even take our shoes off till we went to bed.sheets were clean matteressess were stained and nasty, but when its midnight and you have nowhere else to go youll sleep there. The bathrooms had soap scum rings in the tups and the rooms smelled musty. Pay more and go to a good hotel. This one is only good if you are desperate and broke.

It's location. Street noise. A nice clean hotel. However, it is noisy, the traffic and train noise can be heard.

Traveling all day from TX, we arrived at 10:00pm, only to find our reservation was cancelled. Reservations, even with a credit card are only held until 6:00pm. I was charged 1.75 extra for that cacelled reservation. Luckily they still had rooms. The rooms were dirty. There were crumbs all over the corners and in between the furnitures. I guess whoever vacuums doesn't do it very well. The bedsheets had so much wear and tear that they were thinned. I won't be staying there ever again!

Located right off I-40. Very bland, definitely needs updating. This is a hotel. It is located just off I-40. It is in a safe location. It is quiet. The furniture, beds, and design of the room definitely need some updating. Overall, an average economy room, great for solo business travel.

The hotel tried to charge us more for our 2 kids. They honored the price when I argued with them. I really do not recommend Days Inn hotels for people traveling with their children. Twice while we were out west they tried to charge us for our children.
