The Hotel was nicely decorated which I first noticed and had new carpet. That stuff sticks out to me. The pool was a good size and hot tub was wonderful. We got back to the hotel at 10 and was worried the pool closed at 10. It was open until 11, which made for a great and relaxing dip in the pool/hot tub. The only down side, which really wasnt that bad, was that we had orientation at the Univ. and I thought it might have been closer. It took a little over 15 minutes, but that was not bad. I was very happy with the hotel and the price was awesome on cheap tickets. I was a very happy customer!!!

The afternoon clerk was very helpful. Bathrooms were too small. Had a minimum of towels. It was a pleasant hotel for an overnight stay. Convenient to the highway, yet quiet. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Continental breakfast was also satisfying.

The hotel was extremely clean and well lit! The rooms were very nice. The continental breakfast had a decent variety of foods to choose from. The pool was cool, especially for my 2 year old. The whirlpool was great! This is a great hotel, especially considering the very low cost per night. This hotel was just as good as one that we paid twice as much for during another trip to Eau Claire.

for the price this was a great stay...the bathroom had to be the worst seeings how i could barely move in there....the staff was decent they even switched us to smoking when we got there.

We arrived late in the evening, tired and not all that great looking after a long train ride, and we found the motel staff all so friendly and the room so inviting. The beds were very comfortable, and the motel was quiet and sounds didn't carry into all the rooms. If I was to go back to Eau Claire again, I would most likely try to book a room again there.

Had WiFi. Bathroom is small. It seemed like an updated older hotel. The WiFi was very nice, yet that should be common place by nowadays. The whirlpool was nice yet the regular pool was very shallow. The bathroom was very small and had the sink out side in the main room. The staff was helpful when I left a certain important item of mine in the room even after check out.

It had free Wi-Fi. This hotel needs some serious updating. I asked to move rooms and the second room although smelled better had a leaky toilet, the sink wasn't even in the bathroom. The next morning my room key didn't work because it was not programmed properly, so when I went out to my car in my bathrobe, I was locked out. There was no suitcase valet to unpack. There was no ironing board or iron. You had to specifically call down to get one of those. The new shower curtain bar was a nice bowed one, but the paint wasn't even patched up from the last one. The hotel wasn't even on any maps or my GPS. I had to call when I was in town just to find the place. But it did have make your own waffles in the morning which was nice.

The staff was great. Things weren't working properly. It was okay, nothing too bad was wrong with it. It was pretty average.

Friendly staff, accommodating with requests. No ironing board in room, bathroom wasn't that clean, sheets had hair on them. The beds were comfortable, and the staff helped us with any requests we had, such as, an ironing board or different sheets.

Check in person was friendly. The bedding was disgusting, stained and dirty. The pool area was strong chemical smelling. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. As stated above the room was dirty or should I say the bedding (mattress cover and comforter). The front desk person at check-in was friendly and nice however the next day I went to the front desk to ask for towels because the kids were swimming (towels weren't available in the pool room) and the front desk person said there weren't any towels because they were all used the night before. I would expect that he would try to help me find some towels. Overall this experience was one of the worst that I have received.

Was not happy that we were charged additional money for our children ages 11 and 14. Would not stay here again. It was too far away from any shopping or places to eat in the Eau Claire area. I was not happy that we were charged for our children.

Good shower & toilet. Didn't appear fresh/clean looking & smelled badly from smoke. OK for 1 night, when looking for a shower & bed. The continental breakfast was very small, with a poor selection to choose from. Next time, I will spend a few extra $ for a nicer place.
