$10 charge should be on the smoking rooms not the non smoking. Smoke damages the room!

Front desk was friendly. Very convenient to drive to downtown areas where our meetings were held. Also close to historical sites. Complimentary continental breakfast variety was much better than other places I have stayed. Even with many from our conference there for breakfast at the same time, the buffet was constantly replenished.

We were in Richmond for only a day and this hotel was in a convient location and was easy on the budget. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, although the bathrooms need an update!

Big room, everything worked fine. Bed was uncomfortable, bring your own pillow. It is about an 8 minutes drive to downtown. It was so comfortable that we just spent our 2nd evening watching movies and eating take out back at the hotel room. Definitely worth the money.

This hotel was clean and service was certainly acceptable. Easy to access of route 95, it made a good stopping point midwasy on a trip between NJ and NC. Room was adequate and price was a decent value. Morning breakfast was decent as well. Only issue was room noise coming through walls and ceiling.

Rooms were clean. I wasn't uncomfortable about walking barefoot in the room. Elevators were not clean. Easy to get to. Nice staff, good continental breakfast, roof was very acceptable. All amenities performed correctly. Check in was easy. Everything I expected and I was very pleased. My only complaint was that the elevators were not vacuumed. Potato chips on the floor.

I would not rate this on my top 10! The room seemed smaller than the picture showed. Bathroom really cramped. Hard to turn around in! The cleaning service was mopping the floors around the elevators and breakfast area. Nothing goes lovelier with coffee than the smell of cleaning fluid!! Made for some slick floors to negotiate on with coffee and food! Got what you paid for I guess. Would not go back.

this really could have been a great deal if not for a couple of things. when we got our room my wife noticed that the bed and sheets were filthy. she also noticed the shower was also dirty with hairs still in the tub. i guess being a man the first thing i checked was the tv because i wanted to see the basketball game that night. the picture on tv was horrible. we asked the clerk at desk for clean sheets and they gave us another room with no problem. the second room was a little bit better than the first. still terrible tv reception. we finally went to target and bought new sheets and pillows for our room. the money i spent at target i guess i could have paid a little more for a nicer hotel. also the pool didnt have any water in it. if days inn would clean better, get better tv reception, and put some water in the pool, this would be a heck of a deal!

This hotel was great!! It had a beautiful pool, was close to downtown without being in the city, and the staff was more than accommodating. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience. It was also right next door to Denny's, which made going out easy!

Fleas in my bed, even though my room was NOT supposed to have been a room where pets were allowed to be boarded. Cricket in wall directly behind headboard kept me up most of the night. Bed linens were clean but they were extremely worn and stained. TV reception not very good. Fixtures out of date. Door frames needed paint. - stayed 1 night on 9/8/08. Will not return.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was ideal for travelling with kids: the room had a mini-fridge and microwave and there were many restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was very good.The area is safe, and the hotel is an easy 10-15 minute drive from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

the front desk representative was not as friendly as I thought, I was a little bit rude. The room, even though was a not smoking one, smelled like cigarette all around. For our surprise the ""continental breakfast"" was very good, I would say quite excellent for the small space they have, and I could say the best we had have in a long time for a continental breakfast in a hotel of less than 3 ***.
