Well informed front desk with maps for restaurants nearby, wake-up for 6:00 AM flights, local attractions well described, very accomadating. Clean hotel with clients always put as first priority. Perfect for pre-flight stay!!

We stayed on this hotel before an early morning flight. The location is great and the hotel looks clean. However, there was a terrible noise (like an electric generator or the like) that did not allow us to sleep at all. I told that to the front desk upon check out and they didn't even blink. A good hotel where you cannot sleep, should not be rated higher than this.

Since we had to catch an early plane, we missed the free breakfast. It would be a nice gesture for the management to accommodate such guests (and there were others) by making some stuff available for a nearly grab (or pack a boxed snack). Another inconvenience is the lack of a nearby restaurant.

In Vancouver for Alaskan cruise and tour of Victoria. Convenient location to airport and ferry. Hotel airport shuttle runs every half hour. Left jacket on departure shuttle and driver brought it back with next shuttle and got out of van to bring to me. This hotel knows how to treat guests and make their stay pleasant with service over the top, as in a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend Fresh coffee all day and evening. Continental breakfast with waffles. Recommend for all reasons but mostly courteous, helpful staff who knew area well with recommendations of things to do, best ways to get there with estimated costs, so tourist knew what to expect. Even asked our rate on check-in after midnight to be sure taxi did not take advantage of tourist. Recommended to get receipt and tag number in case we left something in cab/van. We were tired, traveled all day and wanted to get to bed. Check-in was a breeze. Accommodated elderly with scooter and went above and beyond in every way. Stayed extra day on busy week for cruise lines and did not have to move. Very quiet and restful even during the day with A/C repairs just outside our door. Excellent small family Mediterranian restaurant across street, others within walking distance.

This hotel is very comfortable. I really like the beds and the room quality. You can't beat the price...The hotel does not have any funny smell and the rooms are very clean and the furniture and bed comforters are very decent. The breakfast is pretty good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Very close to the airport, without airport noise. Not a lot of available parking. We had a little trouble finding this hotel at first. Once we did, though, we were very happy with our choice. The room was quite nice, with a small fridge. It was quite clean and quiet, for being close to the airport. The only drawback was lack of parking. There were only about 20 spots included with the hotel, so we ended up parked in the street. Most travelers here would probably not have a car, so it's not a huge inconvenience. They offer shuttle service to the airport, we just had so many bags we felt it better to keep the rental car until the morning.

This hotel is so excellent, I continue to stay there whenever I can. The king sized beds are so comfortable. The free continental breakfast is spectacular. Love this HOTEL!!!

Overall quality is good for such low price. The breakfast wasn't attractive but better than nothing. Services are fine and the room is clean. The location is excellent which is close to Richmond city centre.

Unlike many hotel rooms, this one was an appropriate size (not too big), cozy and quiet. While modest, this hotel fully lives up to its standard. It does not offer unnecessary facilities for an inflated price. An adequate, quiet, cozy and secure room with a generous bed are the essentials for for most travelers.

It is very close to the River Rock Casino, if that is of interest to you. Parking is very limited and, until you know where it is, it is a bit difficult to find. A typical Day's Inn with the typical amenities. The continental breakfast was much better than expected - with, indeed, fresh waffles and a nice selection of food items - but the rooms were a bit small. Likewise, though the entire hotel offers free Wi-Fi, it costs $8.00 per hour to use an in-house Internet terminal. It has obviously undergone a recent renovation, so the facility is in excellent condition. A good example of a well-run two-star hotel that needs only a bit more parking spaces to make it perfect.

Certainly worth the price paid. Was all positive. We required the room for 4 days while my daughter and another her friend played with the Pacific Steelers Female Hockey Team prior to their departure to Vermont for the tournament. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.
