The ladies at the desk were very nice and efficient. Continental breakfast was well stocked and the lady at the desk really hustled to serve both incoming guests and keep the breakfast area in good order. Maintenance was prompt in repairing the light that was out. The spaces under the beds looked like they were overdue for a thorough cleaning- dust, debris, and a dead bug. The pool should have been open in July. The vending machines were out of order for a long enough time that the contents were in faded packaging.

I didn't like about the hotel. The room smelled really badly. Days Inn did not meet my expectations for the money I spent. The room smelled really badly and I was afraid to even take showers. The towels were really cheap.

"despite its close proximity to U of F, I would recommend avoiding this hotel as it is described by locals as being on the ""seedy"" side of town and it definitely was."

I get there and I am told that I have reserved "SIX" rooms. The clerk then proceeds to tell me that I have to pay for all six. I had a confirmation from Orbitz for one room, so I had to get on the internet and "prove" that I only had reserved one room. The rooms were disgusting. Dirty and looked like no improvements had been made to the hotel since 1980. I will never stay there again. If you are college aged and don't care what the room looks like, this is the place for you!

Was terrible looking. Broken windows, falling drapes. Just awful. I stayed at the Hampton when friends in the area. I could not even go in this hotel as it was so awful from the outside.

Hotel wasdirty. Pool wasclosed. I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. It was dirty, the pool was closed, the internet was spotty, and the room smelled heavily of deodorizer, as if to mask smoke. Not a pleasant experience.

"I heard people outside all night long, there were holes in the wall the rooms were musty and cig smoke coming through the vents. I slept with my coat on with hood up so bugs would not crawl on me. I would not let my dog sleep here . I should have slept in the car! All hotels were booked that weekend except for this one."

The location was close to the hospital where we where going to. the room was ok.

It was clean. Very noisy. As a businessman I needed to get a good nights sleep. The rooms above and beside my room where full of partying, noisy people and the staff refused to move us. One of the worst stays I've ever had.

This is the little days in that could. In spite of the initial appearance (it needs some painting and replacement doors) the rooms were very clean and the staff beyond excellent. The pool was very clean and though the furniture was showing age it was in good order. It was quiet and family friendly.

The accomodations were average, but clean and the price was right.

Middle of town. Cleanliness, odor, looks, pool was out of order, old rig, bad sheets, etc. I thought that this would be a decent hotel if even for a night. It was not.

"The room was quite dirty, you had to work very hard to flush the toilet, but the hotel did have a nice variety during breakfast"

Good price, pool was clean, bed was satisfactory, air conditioner worked well. Old and not maintained, carpet had oily feeling, breakfast was minimum, some staff was not friendly, pool was not open, good hours. This was my most disappointed experience with hotel, although I have seldom gone down to level 2 star. The same level I have stayed in in other places had much better maintained facilities and a better breakfast. After I got use to it, it was not a bad experience.

Not much. Not clean, stuffy, unpleasant smell, hair in bathroom, sticky. I hate it when hair is able to be seen in bathrooms, on the floors, and baths. It is nauseating. I also hate non fitted sheets being used as the bottom sheet. There were stains on our bed spread. Bedspreads need to be washed after each customer. We asked for an extra blanket and never received it. This hotel has a lot to be improved upon.

Free Wireless Internet. Parking security. Great for business travel. Fast check-in and very friendly staff. Great for business travel. Close to many food and University facilities.

Nothing. No pool. Same trash on the ground for all three days we were there. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. It was dirty, no pool. Trash on the ground.

Location near the University. Every thing else. In shambles.
