It was okay for one night with family stay. Location was great and drive to falls was 15 minutes.

Great location, room exceeded expectations. Breakfast could use improvement. The room was large, clean, attractive and recently upgraded. It was a pleasant surprise. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was quite nice and very clean. We had free wi-fi internet and tea/coffee facilities. The beds were also quite comfortable. We were located on a highway across the road from a big shopping mall and a great restaurant called 'Chili's'. It's about $25-30 by taxi to the airport, but if you're coming from Niagara Falls it's a lot further than it looks. Unfortunately when we checked in we weren't told about the breakfast times so we missed out the following day. I believe that is was quite good value for money though.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this place over night. And mind you, the overall room was cool. It kind of smelled of old cigaretttes, but what can you do right? Anyways, as soon as we got in the room I did my look over and headed straight to the bathroom only to discover a TUB THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY STRIPPED OF ITS COLOR AND OFFICIALLY GREY ALMOST BLACK! Now the first thing I'm thinking is, are you kidding me? They never cleaned the tub? I complained to front desk who said they would have it cleaned while I was out shopping. But when I came back the tub was still BLACK. Now that was a maaaajor turnoff. The tub was dirty beyond cleaning??? Thank God the bed was nice and big. But another problem, the HEAT Like you can't control how hot it gets, and if I turned it off I had to wake up freezing to turn it back on. My goodness. They need to get rid of those tubs ASAP and fix up the heaters. Other than that though, it was "aite". It'll do for a one night stay I suppose. But I recommend you bump up your money about 20 more and stay elsewhere with a clean tub and proper heat. Amen and amen.

Facilities good for short stay. Breakfast very minimal. Hotel room recently updated, liked bathroom fan feature--few hotels have them.

This hotel is not what it seems. I went there on a personal shopping trip for the first time traveling by myself. The room was missing baseboards there was water damage to the drywall (all in a newly renovated room). Just after I get there I try to use the washroom and the toilet overflowed I called to the concierge and they told me to come down and get a plunger. I thought he was joking.. he wasn't. I was furious. I complained and received a 25% off coupon to return. I figured I would take advantage of this and went back again even worse than before they gave away the room we booked, then gave us one on the second floor to say the least it was not accessible and my mother couldnt make it up the stairs. So they gave us a smoking room which reeked and only made it worse was the employees smoking in the room while "preparing it". I will never stay there again and do not recomend it to anyone

I really liked the location..very convenient (mall directly across the street) many restaurants in the area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Great value.

The room was much nicer that I expected. The breakfast was pretty poor. I stayed at this hotel with 3 girlfriends in our 30's on an overnight shopping trip. The room was much nicer than I expected it to be although the continental breakfast left much to be desired. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hey listen, it's nothing fancy, but neither is the price! I had a great time here. Nobody bothered me...no loud parties, etc. It's close to food and shopping which was a blessing since I'm unfamiliar with the area. Everything is within walking distance. The man at the front desk was absolutely a doll! He was very nice and yes, he did refund my money when I cut my trip a day short. He gave me no hassles whatsoever. This positively affected my decision to stay in the future, because I do plan on it.At the time I stayed, it looked as if they were trying to make some remodeling improvements, so a few things I simply looked over. After all, I'm not there to look at the baseboards. I'm there to have a great time and get a good night's sleep in a seemingly safe area. After reading the other reviews on this place, I feel that maybe I lucked out with my experience. Perhaps, but I enjoyed myself, nonetheless. Realistically, for the price, one improvement would be a coffee pot w/coffee in the rooms. There again, they do provide free coffee in the mornings in the lobby. So far, so good guys! Get those rooms finished and you'll be good to go! Thanks again!

The only thing good about this place that it was really close to the function that we were attending. The room was small and had an unpleasant odor. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The bathroom had a new shower insert but the paint and wall paper were peeling. My family will not stay at this place again.

They let us check in 6 hours early bc we got there earlier than planned. Room was nice, appreciated them letting us check in early. Friendly and helpful. You should include check in times on your confirmations and itenarary.

This place is hideous to say the least. dirty, scurvey and disgusting. rusted baseboards pulled carpet seams ,horrible stairwell. unfriendly staff would not refun our money. I am not very picky just wanted a clean cheap place to sleep whil child was at college. It was not even sleepable. Nothing like the picture shows it to be.

Days Inn was very comfortable, the room seemed clean and spacious. Breakfast served was OK. You can easily find nice food around the hotel like Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Burger King located very nearby the Hotel.

Location. Towels were stained, dirt on the rug. Very poor quality breakfast,.

I can't believe that someone would rate this hotel as ""ok"". This is basically worse than a public shelter. This place is filthy, run-down, from stairs to rooms. The rooms are super smelly. I asked to switch room on my second day, but the new room was about as bad as the previous one. Really, if you want to take a trip to HELL, go to this hotel!!! I won't ever stay here again even if I were paid to do it.

Check in/out were quick & no problem, room was clean & tidy. No amenities. We were only staying one night after dropping our son at his college. We did not expect much in the way of service or amenities. Night check in staff was friendly and very helpful. Morning breakfast could have been better, very basic continental offering. Hotel was clean and had a well lit parking lot. Overall good experience, price should have been a little lower for the services provided.

Days Inn Tonawanda is not for a sightseeing trip for Niagara Falls. My wife, daughter, and myself stayed in a room there for a sightseeing of Niagara Falls. This Days Inn was very old. Although I requested a non-smoking room, the smell of the room was very bad because of the past smoking. Our room was located on the ground floor, and its carpet was wet because of the past rain. The room had two double beds, but my daughter found a spider inside her bed. I suspected that there existed a spider's bait or bed-bugs inside the beds. In fact, I had a couple of tiny red spots after sleeping in the bed. My daughter's greatest dissatisfaction was that there was no refrigerator in the room. The TV in the room was old. The light bulb in the bathroom burned off 1 hour before checking out; a lack of preventive maintenance of the facility. The securiy instrument on the inside-door of the room was broken. The air-conditioning was old and noisy. Outside of our room window was a storage place for broken dirty furnitures. For sightseeing of Niagara Falls, I advise to avoid this location and to stay at a new Days Inn at Niagara Falls by paying $10 more, if you like Days Inn.

Helpful staff. Remodel in progress. Easy drive to Niagara. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and great shopping.
