It was right on the river and the hot springs park. Road construction made it hard to find the entrance. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was located in the hot springs park. I would have appreciated either coffee in the room or in the lobby. What a great location! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Very friendly front desk. Restaurant hostess wasnot that welcoming. Very friendly service, food was ok but moderately priced. Very nice setting by river.

An older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff, and great service. Good food. Staff at restaurant went out of there way to accommodate my young children. We will go back to this hotel again.

Friendly and convenient. Nothing leaps to mind. A comfortable place to stay for the money and location. The hot springs soaking tub was pleasant but less than esthetic.

It was close to the locations we disired to go. The heater didn’t work well, and the window did not lock securely.

We didn't have to sleep in the car and were able to have a shower. The beds, the partly cleaned bathroom, and the condescending, rudeness from the am front desk. Overall, this hotel and total experience was unsatisfactory.
