Nothing. Extremely dirty facilities, litter around the whole building, felt not safe, horrible continental breakfast, clogged bathtub, small bathroom. Extremely dirty facilities, litter (plastic bottles and bags, soap bar, etc) around/back of the building, felt not safe, horrible continental breakfast, room could be cleaner, very small bathroom, clogged bathtub, old blankets on beds.

We rented 3 rooms for 4 nights downstaris all at the same price in March 09. One room had microwave and a small refrigerator - other 2 rooms did not have these items. No hot tub or pool. Room 107 toilet was not stable - it tilted every time you moved. Light out in bathroom -room 111. Breakfast was continential (cold) very meager - apple juice, orange juice, coffee, toast, fruit pastry, froot loops and corn flakes with milk. Bathroom sink is very little - no space for toiletries. A/C units did not blow cold in all 3 rooms. Lots of noise from upstairs quests at night - running, slamming doors, every time someone ran water upstairs it was heard below. Front Desk personnel were friendly. I needed taxi service - they were clueless. I would stay again but short term - overnight.

This hotel is conveniently located on the south end of the main street in Rancho de Taos. It is very close to some good restraunts, businesses, gas stations, etc. While not in the heart of Downtown or the Plaza it is in a quiet area with easy access to everything. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Room quality was very good as well, especially for the price. A great value, and an overall good experience. They also had free wireless internet access, satelite TV, and continental breakfast.

Cheapest. Asked for a credit card number to have on file for incidental costs. Older and it looked it. Although we had a non smoking room, the hall outside our door reeked of cigarette smoke and filtered in under the door. The air conditioner did not cool the room. We were not allowed to turn it above 7. Overall it was clean and convenient along the roadway but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Water sprayed out of faucet. Broken furniture. No towels were left after day 1. Just doing some landscaping would be a nice improvement and renovating rooms would make this a nice place to stay. Maintenance is definitely missing.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Also clean & quiet. Comfortable room with good work space. I like having a fridge in the room. It met most all of our needs and was very comfortable!

Beds look as if sheets were not changed - just pulled up. Toilet was about to come apart. Light bulbs burnt out. Sink sprayed water out when using. Would not stay there again.

Room clean. The very slow lady at reception and the unfriendliness of breakfast facilities. I would not go back.

The free ""continental"" breakfast that is advertised was a joke~Fruit Loops and Corn Flakes poured into a Rubbermaid container; no milk; individually wrapped donuts that looked to be purchased from Sam's or Wal-Mart; white bread for toast; no fruit, oatmeal, bagels, muffins. The individually controlled thermostats either froze you out of your room or you felt as if you were in a sauna. The shower whistled. You could hear the water draining from the tubs all over the hotel. The lamp shade on the lamp over the table was torn and looked trashy. The beds were completely worn out.

It had a TV! I did not like anything about this place it was filthy. It was the worst place I had ever stayed, I would only recommend the place be condemned.

This was a great value for our family.This wasn't our first choice, but we were planning a ski trip on a budget. We were pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. We ended up staying a few extra days due to weather. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. I would stay there again. Breakfast isn't much more than toast and cereal, but it was great for the kids."
