The bed was comfy and room was clean.

Nothing. Dirty room, hair in bed, stained carpet, overall filthy. NA.

Price was about average. Not much parking; hard to park our dodge dually. Even though we asked for a smoking room, I didn't want to smell smoke when I walked in. My husband smokes at home, and when you walk in the house, you cannot tell that he does. The king-size bed felt alright when I went to sleep, but my back was a little sore when I woke up. Forgot my razor at home, and they had none at the desk. It wasn't a bad place to stay.

Bed was extremely comfortable! Bathroom slightly dirty, only one shampoo for two. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. We stayed in the king, non-smoking, whirlpool tub suite, and it was wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on, including my own at home; I didn't want to leave it. The whirlpool tub was nice, even though I was hoping for something big enough for two and all of the jets did not work, but overall, I really enjoyed soaking in it after a day on my feet in Memphis. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall the room was really clean, and everything was comfortable. The location was great for us since it was so close to everything we enjoy doing in the Germantown area, and was right off of the i-40 so it made going into Downtown Memphis very easy. The location also felt very safe and the hotel and surrounding area was very quiet. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again when we head to Memphis for an overnight. It was wonderful. I can't wait to go again.

Nothing. Everything. The room was extremely noisy, the whirlpool did not work, the bath area was dirty, it was not a "suite"- only one bed no fold out couch, etc.I doubt I will ever use your services again!

The room we had was very clean and cozy. The people in the room next to us were drunk and running up and down the hall all night. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay. It was pretty easy to find. It was a quiet hotel unless you had people in the room next to you like we did who drunk and running up and down the hall all night long.

The staff was wonderful If you looked too closely, the room was a little dirty i.e. the bathroom. Good hotel for the money. Close to hwy., staff was awesome. In room fridge, coffee, microwave. Not bad.
