Check in was slow due to understaffing but attendant was pleasant and efficient. Room was surprisingly quiet given the number checking in. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. Overall, great value for either rate. Only negative was very few resturants at this exit.

Room did not even have a working TV. I arrived late and talked to the lady through the slide glass window. She said they had one room left and that it should have been shown as available, it didn't even have a working TV. Very disappointed in room, carpet stained and not vacuumed. Should have never been listed as two stars.

If you want to get away and feel like royalty go to Laguna Suites go get spoiled for sure. I'm so sad we had to leave after 5 days. You need at least 7 to 10 days to really enjoy it. You can catch a bus to the sister Hotel's, boat taxi which my husband liked a lot. The water is so beautiful blue and clean. I can just go on and on to tell you how nice it is. People are esp. very friendly and always ready to serve you and make you comfortable. My first scuba diving experience and it was awesome. I had the best instructor and crew to show me the best reef. You need to go and find out for yourself. I loved it. We going again next year.

Easy access to I-95. Plasma TV which was supposed to be in room was not. Ok for a room, but no fast food or Gas Stations at this exit.
