For what you pay for the hotel was clean and not worn looking. The front desk staff was friendly but the operation is run by a middle eastern family. Everyone beyond the desk was rude. I asked for a couple of towels from the family grandfather cleaning the room next to mine. He looked at me as if I was a criminal and would give me additional towels until I returned 2 dirty ones. Not very customer friendly.

Hard to get. Clean but already looking kind of shabby. Not enough parking, noisy. It was clean but is in an odd place off IH 10. When I called for directions the person who answered spoke very little English.

It started with my calling them directly to change my reservation and them saying that couldn't have happened, even though it was changed in their system. The room smelled of mold, the carpets were stained, the blankets were dirty, there were spider webs in the shower, and mildew in the shower. Never stay there again, or book a hotel on Orbitz.

Nothing. Unclean with burn holes in bedding & stains on carpet. Everything about this hotel was awful. It was not clean. There were burn holes in the bedding and carpet. The carpet was stained everywhere. The security lock was missing. The room had 1 lamp with 1 light bulb that worked. The hair dryer was broken and the ice machine was broken. The construction workers staying there were noisy and annoying. I paid way too much for this room. Do not stay here. I hope Days Inn takes their franchise away.

We were coming in late at night and called ahead to make sure they kept the room for us. They were very reassuring. It was after midnight before we finally arrived. The ONLY negative about it was that our GPS took us to Dennis Road and would not take us to Dennis Avenue--we ended up in the middle of nowhere on a dead end road under a smoke stack! We called the motel--again, they, were very helpful and gave us directions--it was still not easy to get there at night. Once we did finally arrive,they were wonderful to us--we got to the room which was quite comfortable, slept like babies on good beds with lots of pillows, got up, had a free but small continental breakfast and were on our way.

Cost Carpet needs to be replaced Staff was very friendly, the hotel is in an out of the way location, but the price was right.Beds were clean not modern room was clean.This is a made over hotel and work is still being done on it. The grounds were kept clean, but overall I would have chosen a different area had I realized true location.

If you want a nice motel with very helpful staff and a very decent price this is your place. Very convenient to the locality both Sulfer and Lake Charles. There were two different breakfast restaurants across the street. We had a good stay. Thanks.

Convenient. Matress was not good on my back. Is okay but only if you can't find anything cheaper with better beds.

Days Inn was very comfortable, the property and the room were clean and properly maintained. My husband and I had the suite, but it was the size of a regular room to us (suite meaning sofa bed and coffee table). Regardless, it was nice for a short stay. We didn't make the continental breakfast due to trying to squeeze everything in for a 3-day trip, so I can't comment on that. Location didn't offer much in the surrounding area, but you just need to get on I-10 and you'll run into many options.This was a good stay. The staff at Days Inn were very neat and courteous.

Price Lack of cleanliness. The room smelled musty upon entering. We found the tub with dirty water and a dirty washcloth floating in it. The desk clerk did not apologize when it was brought to his attention. There was no remote for the TV in the room. We will not stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

staff was professional. check in was a nightmare but was not their fault. did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. will return. we were visiting friends we hadn't seen in a long time and the experience checking in delayed our dinner reservations.

Manager was friendly. Room was clean and they served continental breakfast. The location. The service was excellent. The manager was friendly and gave us helpful information. The room was comfortable.

It was easy to get to. It was dirty, the blanket was torn, and there was little light. It was convenient, however, there was poor lighting, the bedspread was torn, and you could hear the people in the next room.
