Overall okay. Boys found alot of food debris on floor near beds. There was food under my covers when i went to bed and pulled back the sheets! Stayed at a Super 8 the weekend before and it was cleaner and almost $30. cheaper.

Close to Denny's. Bad area of town, dirty inside and out. We can't recommend this place.

Great hotel. Carpet was clean, bathroom was clean but small. Pool was ok the hot tub water was very very dirty! Our standard room had a fridge and microwave. Many places to eat within walking distance between 1-3 minutes from hotel. The new mattress made us wake up with a backache.

This hotel was not up to the usual Days Inn standards. The room was adequate, but noisy. The stairs were dirty with tacky looking security cameras sticking out of the walls. The pool was well maintained, but in a small area, so it was LOUD when some kids showed up. The location was perfect, though, with easy restaurant access. Dinner at a popular family spot without even driving. The continental breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. I don't usually eat chocolate snack cakes for breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room, friendly atmosphere and a very safe feeling. Our only dislike is that it was not near any "main" shopping places. This was out first time in Ohio. We were not sure what to expect as far as safety, cleanliness etc. This hotel was outstanding in every way. We will definitely stay at this particular hotel next year.

We were in town for the weekend visiting friends of my spouse and celebrating Valentine's Day. The pictures don't accurately reflect the size of the rooms but that really didn't matter as it was a nice, clean room with some handy amenities. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy as we had our 3 yr old. grandson for one night and he wanted juice. The mini fridge kept many items cold that we brought in and the microwave heated them up when we needed. We went in the pool and it was wonderfully heated on a cold February 14th weekend. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful; the manager went out and started a car for a customer whose battery died! The exterior surroundings were clean. I was impressed that even though it was a weekend, the outside was free of a cigarette butts stand. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance both national and local types, including one I hadn't been to in ages! There are also some that were less than a mile's drive away. We had our dog and it was no problem as there was a place to walk him and room for his food/water dishes without us stepping over them. There was a continental breakfast in the hotel but if you want something more go out. Also, the internet access was no problem, it worked fine as my spouse wanted to check his email and had no problems logging on. I highly recommend this place if you're going to be in the Youngstown area or traveling there in between. I swore off of Days Inn after a bad incident in a New York one but I read the reviews on this one and saw the price and decided to try it again. I wasn't disappointed!

It had a refrigerator, microwave, and a deluxe breakfast that included scrambled eggs and sausage! The pool closed at about 10 or 10:30. I attended a concert and would have loved to get in the hot tub. It was excellent for the price. It was very clean and the staff was nice. My room had a refrigerator and microwave which was amazing. I've stayed in hotels that charged more and they didn't even have microwaves and refrigerators in their rooms. Also, the deluxe continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage which was great! I did not like the fact that the hotel pool/hot tub closed at about 10 or 10:30. I attended a general admission standing concert that didn't end until 11 and I would have loved to been able to get into the hot tub after standing for that long.

The Days Inn Youngstown was very comfortable. The room was very clean. I was glad to see a lot of restaurants around for us to choose from. We were glad the hotel had a pool, but we weren't able to use it due to our tournament schedule.

Location/ had nice pool area/ nice nearby restaurants. Breakfast could have had more selections/ fruit. Hotel was nice for the price, conveniently located off the highway, nice area restaurants, friendly staff and nice pool area.

Close to restaurants and highways. Was charged $25.00 per day and placed in a smoking room for having a pet. The only thing that I was unhappy about: there was no mention of an additional charge of $25/day and that I had to be in a smoking room for having a pet.
