Only got to stay one night and didn't have time to try out the pool or the exercise room. Not far from some good eating & shopping. Only complaints were that the room smelled a little musty & there was no seal around the door. We could see daylight all the way around it. The breakfast was average.

Very affordable. Small breakfast choices. Good hotel.

Light switch for bathroom was connected with commode - both were on or neither. In our booking notes it stated we were getting a sofa bed for 2 adults. The pull out sofa was a TWIN. The hotel was very noisy - a lot of traffic, people going in and out, doors slamming - impossible to sleep through. But our room was pretty clean, our bed was comfortable, the pillows were firm and it was very close to the Space Center. But I would not recommend this hotel for light sleepers. Front desk was friendly but slow to respond.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Without an on-site restaurant, the proximity to good restaurants was very welcome. Was only there for two days, but encountered nothing that I disliked. Pleasant stay highlighted by accommodating staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was fresh. The only problem we found was the doors were not secured to the public and in the middle of the night we had someone running up and down the hall pounding on doors

Great location, near 45, but still quiet. The staff was very well trained, gracious, and polite. Staff was able to correctly answer all questions regarding directions, restaurant reviews, and activities in the area. Breakfast food was fresh and always plentiful. I was impressed that the staff was still putting out fresh breakfast 15 minutes before the scheduled breakfast time was over. Staff was willing to give extra towels and toothpaste at no additional cost, and no hassle. I will be recommending this Days Inn to family in friends!

Convenient location. Room could 've been cleaned better. I had to move to another room because the first room that I was in had Fleas that were biting me. Even though they said they don't know how that happened because they don't allow pets, they moved me but seemed not to believe me I left with Flea bites all over my legs. Not something I was looking forward to.

Excellent motel. Did not use their pool, but it appeared clean. Enjoyed their basic continental breakfast. Free USA Today newspaper. Friendly staff. Good security lights in parking areas. Only blocks from the space center. Definitely would stay there again.

They did not have the room size requested at check did offer to upgrade to a suite. This room was smelly and before we went to bed we saw a HUGE cockroach running up the wall. Had to go to store and buy bug spray to kill. Free breakfast was a joke.

This hotel was a waste of money! The rooms smell like mildew and mold, and there were bugs all throughout our room. We didn't feel safe in the hotel and we didn't sleep well due to the fact that the A/C units were broken in each of the rooms they put us it, the smell of the rooms were awful and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was far from sanitary. In conclusion, I feel that I need to get a check up by my doctor to make sure I didn't contract a deathly disease while on my trip.

i'm really glad i booked our room at the days inn.getting there was a nightmare due to a really, really bad storm w/ flooding and hail. something we don't really get here in the rio grande valley but, the staff was very curtious and friendly and helped us in whatever we needed the rooms were very clean and the hotel was near the fam. reunion we were going to.

The bed was very comfortable, cable was nice. I didn't like the tub-it was a little grungy. No review, pretty comfortable. Some things I liked and some things I did not like. I would stay again when I'm down that way.

I travel to the Webster area every now and then and decided to try this place out. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable and even gave me a courtesy call to make sure I had what I needed. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and they had a few HBO channels to pass time. The internet access pretty good and was able to knock some work while there. Overall, I like the place and would definitely go back.

Great stop over, close to many attractions including Space Center Houston.

Nothing. Completely rude! The staff they lied, unable to give directions, and did not care about their guests. I personally called Days Inn and filed a complaint about this establishment. I will continue to file with the better business bureau also. The management needs severe customer service training. They do not care about their guests. They lied to us about the manager/gm/owners name. They do not represent the Days Inn name well at all! They are cocky and totally rude. They are also unwilling to make your stay any better. The front desk is unable to give directions to the hotel and they do not know the cross street to their hotel. They also gave us the wrong weather forecast and there were thunderstorms the entire trip. We drove 5 hours for rain!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were remarkably clean and comfortable. The inside pool was nice. Great location.

The Days Inn, Webster was convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely accomidating in providing us with a non smoking room. Within 10 minutes, the desk clerk called our room to verify that we were satisfied. We especially like the separate vanity and sink area. In fact, the lights over the sink were absolutely the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. Better than the 4 and 5 star hotels where we have stayed. The facility used the new style florescent bulbs. The quality and quantity of light was wonderful for a woman applying makeup.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
Indoor pool and deluxe continental breakfast. Small rooms and poor air conditioning. Hotel staff customer service is average. The room is below average with uncomfortable bed and sub par air conditioning. The room was quiet but did not get a good night sleep. The biggest pluses are the indoor pool and deluxe breakfast.
