desk not very friendly at check out

Proximity to University of Phoenix stadium. I attended the Super Bowl. The household cleaner used at the hotel left a distinct chlorine smell. This hotel was quite acceptable as it was primarily a place to sleep that was convenient to the University of Phoenix Stadium where I attended the Super Bowl. The Desert Palm Restaurant/Cafe (walking distance) provided great diner food at very reasonable prices.

PM staff - young girl friendly and helpful. AM older woman grouchy abrupt and unfriendly. Probably hasn't smiled since the Eisenhower administration.

The desk staff was very nice and tried to help. Room wasdirty. Basic hotel, mattresses werepoor, we would roll towards the middle. Sheets did not stay in place, maid did not clean room, no creamer for the coffee in the morning. Pillows were hard as a rock.

When we visit the Phoenix area to visit our son, this motel is always our first choice. The price is well within our budget, the rooms clean and spacious, and the location is very close to family making it just perfect for our needs. The morning breakfast is pretty standard but nice, juice, coffee, tea, ceral and rolls.

Staff was very knowledgable and eager to help. The room was a bit musty until the AC was turned on. Great experience! The staff was helpful in all requests and directions to nearby attractions. The room was clean and the pool was heated enough to enjoy in January. The best part was the waffle breakfast (more of a variety than usual in a motel's breakfast) that saved us a trip to the local cafe. I'm planning another stay there this summer!

The room was comfortable and contained 3 beds which was perfect for the 4 of us. Free wireless internet was very nice and important to me. Pool was adequate. Free breakfast was a nice amenity. Wish the towels and sheets were whiter. Wish they had a fitness center. For the price... it was a good value.

Our first visit to the days inn and suite was a bomb. But I must admit that this time I was impressed. They have cleaned up their act. I would stay here again and recomend it to my family and friends.

We had a non smoking room. But right down the hall all of these ball players were smoking out in the hall. Which in turn came into our room. I'm still trying to recoup from that ordeal.
