The person at the front desk was friendly. The people that own it live there. When I walked into the lobby to check in you could hear there kids screaming the whole time, talk about annoying. The room wasn't clean at all! I mentioned to the manager that morning when I checked out and wanted a discount, he didn't give me one. He acted like that I was the one that made the mess. The manager, I think his name is Anil Patel is an ass. There is no way i'll go back there, it was horrible!

Although the bathroom was clean the rest of the room (carpet, stained chair, bed etc) was not. Old/decayed food wrapped in foil by the side of the bed. Dark stains on chair and bed.

Location. No washing machine. The hotel met my needs & was relatively clean. The free breakfast was not that good at the Arkansas location. The food at a California location is better quality period!

Location. Beds were too soft. Great location for my needs.

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy access to interstate. Large clean rooms.

The room was spacious and complete with microwave, refrigerator, and good lighting... When they found my reservation it had my name, but someone else's address... They told me my card was rejected. I am looking for a refund from someone, since I double paid!!!
