I stayed a few yrs back as well and loved it b4, loved it this time and will only stay here next time and will recommend to friends. Very nice room with max ammenities.... I really loved it. We needed Extra towels ,Comferters and SHampoo which they provided as soon as asked. Very friendly cleaning man.Very clean Hotel. Thanks Sunny and all.

We went to see Niagara falls and I was disappointed with the area of this hotel. It is located at the end of the tacky Cliffton Hills area. More than the location I was totally disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a black hair in the tub and a clump of black small hairs on the top of the toilet cover. On the bathroom floor was a dirty toothpick. I decided that the bathroom was probably never cleaned. My husband asked that I not complain so that they would not use our toothbrush to clean the next day, if you know what I mean. I had to complain the next morning because I was disgusted when in the middle of the night I went to use the bathroom and my husband had left the toilet seat up, and down the back of the seat was a stream of feces stain. I was disgusted to say the least and marched down to say that neither my husband nor myself used the toilet in such a way to dirty it like that. The front desk manager was so understanding and her and the housekeeping supervisor came up to check out the problems and they cleaned it spotless. But because I booked through Orbitz, they could not refund or give me any conselation for the issues. Also the bed was so uncomfortable. I would never return here or recommend it although the staff was great.

We were surprised that the room was so small and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner was old and noisy. That being said, the hotel was a good price and in a great location- one block up from the glitter of Clifton Hill and an easy walk from the falls. So we didn't need to worry about parking, because we never moved the car after we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful and even let us check in early. The free continental breakfast was good quality with many options- we went early and it did look like it got pretty busy later in the morning.

I've stayed at this particular Days Inn several times over the past few months (I'm about an hour and half away from the Falls). The rates are always reasonable, the rooms are always clean, and I never really have any bones to pick! My favorite things about the hotel would have to be the location (so close to everything!), free parking, and the free breakfast does not hurt either! Good muffins. I've stayed here with various friends, and they've all enjoyed their experience as well. The staff is courteous, too. I do plan on many returns to this hotel.

Excellent Location. BUT Staff are not trained well in customer service. I asked for change for the snack machine ,walked all the way to the machine "Out Of Order" . They didnt even know it wasnt working! Hair stuck in the dryer! Mold in coffee maker! The Queen Suite was nice and my location was very quiet. Booked this room because they listed a buisness center. Checked in and they had NO BUISNESS CENTER! Managment was rude and said their is no listing for it! Charged me for local calls but they had listed FREE LOCAL CALLS! Only 4 channels on the TV. No movie channels. Boring! The security in the hotel was a joke. The front desk agent late at night did not ask for my ID when I asked for my room number and for my room key! She asked "what room number are you in?" I told her and she gave me a key! Doors are wide open late at night with signs say these are closed after hours for your saftey!?

The location was nice, only had to walk about 10 minutes to the falls. If you took your car and you came back to the hotel late, it is very hard to find a parking lot since its free. We were worried we had to park on the street. The staff were nice to let us park 15 minutes parking for the night. The toilet did not flush all that great. It got clogged up several times. The bed is a little uncomfortable since the mattress is hard. I am hard of hearing and have to use closed caption to watch TV. Well, they reprogrammed the channel as a menu so I could not turn on the closed caption on my own. I had to call someone to turn it on me so they can switch it back to normal programming. Why do I have to call someone to turned on the closed caption? They should not used the caption button for something else.

The Hotel is very close to all attractions. and for the money. you couldn't beat it. The breakfast was really good. The only negitive thing I can say It looked like on the first day the room did not looked like it was cleaned properly. I think they rushed the turn around so we could check in. I would have rather have waited a few mins and have it clean. But the rest of the time it was ship shape.

Nothing. Rude staff. Loud room with no usable windows. No business office. Truly bad experiences are rare. Normally the market weeds out companies which are non competitive. This hasn't happened yet in this case, although I hope that this review will start the process. It was the single worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The window was perhaps 6 inches in height, and at the top of the wall, so you couldn't look out it. The jacuzzi in the room above was incredibly loud and made the room uninhabitable. When I asked to be moved to a different room, they told me they'd see what they could do if the noise continued for more than a couple of hours. No one uses the jacuzzi for a couple of hours. But they do use it at 7:30 am. They'd heard this complaint before maintenance identified the noise immediately. There's no business center. Internet access costs $2 for 10 minutes, although the manager told me it would be $2 for 20 minutes. He also doesn't know how to work his own kiosk told me it didn't take credit cards, then sighed audibly and rolled his eyes when I asked him to come look at it. It did take credit cards, but not mine. Never resolved this issue. There's no way to swipe the card to get into the parking lot without getting out of your car, unless you want to jump a 4 inch curb, because the card swipes is in a particularly stupid place. The shower curtain fell when I hung a towel on it. Absolutely dreadful experience. Shouldn't be in business. I have contacted the Days Inn customer service line, and they have assured me that my issues will be addressed by June 11. I'm confident that they'll do so.

The computer kiosk was not working and I asked for a refund and the Manager was rude and said no I will not refund your money since I told you it wasnt working! Vending machines were broken. Desk clerk had no idea and sent me to it on the other side of the hotel and their were no others! Parking lot gate was a joke anyone can get in by just pulling it up. Dryer had hair in it! Coffee pot had mold in it. Matress had a huge dip in it. Old bed. Great location not far from the tourist spots. Just walk to them!

Great location, fantastic price. Pool had too much chlorine. Could smell it from a far even thoughI did not use it. Fantastic price for a great location at the top of Clifton hill. Very near the attractions, only a couple of blocks away from the falls. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.I would definitely stay there again ifI went to the falls.

We wanted to be away from the hubbub of Niagara Falls & this hotel was a good location! Free parking was a plus. Nice, friendly staff. They gave us a discount coupon for breakfast right across the street & this was good cause the continental breakfast they offered wasn't very exciting. The jacuzzi is an actual above-ground hot tub & tended to get crowded at times, even though it could hold 8 people. This is an older hotel, so if you are looking for glitz & glamor - this one won't have it! However, rooms were more than adequate sized and were comfortable. Hi-speed internet service was great to have w/no problems. We found everything we needed for food & entertainment within a 2 block radius, other than the Falls themselves, which were about 6 blocks away, down a steep hill. Seniors & handicapped be forewarned! We are both disabled, but we had 3 wheeled scooters to ride on, which were heaven-sent, as walking to the Falls is a real trek!

AC problem. Bed was stiff. The only thing that was great about the hotel was the convenience of being near by the area to sight see and free parking. The AC was loud but when replaced with a new one it was smaller then the set place so there was a big gap to outside. Bugs could get in and a bar was nearby and anything outside was heard so easily it kept us up. As well the bed had blood on the sheets and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Which hampered on our trip for we were up all night. Horrible time with the hotel. Will not go back.

Upon arriving at the desk we found the staff to be most curteous. The lobby was nicely furnished. The area were we had the continental breakfast was lovely and you could even eat on an outer dinning area and enjoy the morning sun. Our room was very clean, better than expected. So not like the other reviews. I am so glad that we decided to come this hotel, in spite of their reviews. I wonder if we stayed at the same hotel?? The rooms were nicely furnished as well; they had a fridge and a microwave. The only downside was the pool closed to early, for my standards anyway, 10pm. I would have enjoyed a dip in the pool or the hot tub after all the sightseeing and walking around! Unfortunately we were too worn out to use the gym, next time though. Nonetheless, I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The staff was so kind to us when we arrived at the hotel. The continental breakfast was delicious. The hot tub could have been hotter but other than that everything was great
