Great locations of hotels come with some drawbacks. The hotel itself was very nice. A little smelly in the hallway and stairwells (smoky). However, my largest complaint was with the noise inside and outside the hotel. Traffic and other vehicular noise was heard, and inside people. Overall not a bad stay, but just small items that make for a quick exit.

Very clean room, a lot of channels on TV. Shower pressure was too low. This hotel met every expectation I had. Very clean room, easy access from I-10, and very good apple Danishes for the morning breakfast!

The price is right, however the train across I=10 can be somewhat noisy, especially at night when sleeping. The room was clean, however the bedding could use a make over. The staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient and good for the money.

Convenient. Poor continental breakfast selections. Needs to have a better breakfast selection in the morning. Good location, glasses and ice bucket should be in bathroom.

Overall the hotel was great, exactly what I paid for, except that I wouldn't call it a full breakfast! It was the standard contenental with hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker.

Nice andbig bathtub. The AC went off because the grid is not up to the draw.

The whole experience was very satisfying with the exception of one thing, the bed. The beds were not the worst we have ever encountered, but they were a close second. My husband and I have old backs and the pillow top mattress' can make a huge difference in how we feel each day. We realize that adds to the price of a stay and we find that to be acceptable for the comfort.

The room was just what we needed, since we were there to visit relatives, we didn't spend much time in the room. The morning breakfast was ok. The bananas could have been a little less ripe. The location for us was wonderful, half way between my brothers and my nieces homes. Having a large refrigerator and microwave in the room was very helpful for us. Also having an elevator made it so much easier to be on the 3rd floor. We were very close to the railroad, so heard trains often. One bad thing is the type of A/C units they have. The compressor is VERY noisy. The man at the front desk suggested just to use the fan, but that's hard to do in the Summer when the temps are high. All and all we enjoyed this hotel.

Proximity to family home. How can a hotel in Arizona have a non-functioning pool in the middle of summer? This is what we found and the reason we did not stay here. We ended up at the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Excellent and knowledgeable front desk staff. Breakfast was either too sweet, or tasteless. I would go back there again if I plan to be in the Tucson area. I enjoyed my stay. The room was large and the bed fairly comfortable. The cleaning staff did a good job and the front desk staffs were excellent. The swimming pool did need a really good cleaning but considering that it was Tucson in the summer, it was alright.
