Price and staff. Quiet room on side away from road. Clean room with internet access and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast certainly increase the value recieved.

This hotel has the best service. They have everything, free shuttle, fitness room, breakfast, restaurant on the property,bar b que area. The staff is so willing to help you.. Very pleased.

This Hotel was disgusting! Our plane was delayed so we got in at midnight and had no choice but to stay the night there and it was the worst night ever. The room was dingy, the lights barely worked and flickered a lot but, we were willing to look past these things b/c we were so tired from traveling all we wanted to do was sleep. Once we got the lights to work and we were able to see the bed i wanted to cry it looked so gross and to top it off when my husband peeled back the comforter there was crusted dark brown stuff on it, so we tossed it on the floor, slept and the next day the maid "cleaned" and the same comforter crusted brown stuff and all was put back on the "clean" bed!!! We checked out immedialtly and went across the street to the residence inn by marriott and had the best stay ever in the niceset, cleanest, friendliest hotel. Oh ya..and when we complained to the owner he went to check the room and then radio'd the receptionist and said he found nothing wrong w/ the room and that he wasn't going to deal with us. He refused to come back to the front desk. What kind of service is that!?

The morning continental breakfast. The rooms very old and in poor condition. The people were friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money, but the location had a lot of road work going on in the vicinity and the one way streets made it hard to find.

The room was very roomy. The internet connection was down during our stay. There was always help available at the front desk which is good to see.
