The need to clean the rooms better. Accomodate people with special needs. Be more professional.

This was the lousiest hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life. Although the hotel was probably 50% capacity, the staff treated us like it was full. We just so happened to get a room next to a bunch of college kids who were banging on the walls and making a lot of threatening noises all night long. This started at about 9:00am and went until 3 am in the morning. So needless to say we didn't get any rest. On our second day the housekeeper was banging on our door to clean the room at 11:30am as if we were supposed to checkout. But the most inconvenient ordeal of them all happened today. After having being kept up all night by the noisy college students, we made a decision to stay another night but our reservation had us checking out at 12 noon. So the manager came up to our room and banged on the door several times asking us if we were going to pay for another night or checkout. After we yelled back through the door at him informing him that we were going to stay another night, he went back down to the front desk only to callup again about 5 minutes later. He reitterated that checkout time was noon, that we were an hour late checking out and we needed to come down and handle this right away. The manager called a second time and finally asked us to leave if we didn't come down right away and pay. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had in a hotel and I wouldn't reccommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Please stay away and don't fall for the low price. It's not worth it!

This hotel was clean, quite and the people were very friendly.

Very clean room. The door had about 3/4 gap at the bottom to the door jam. This hotel is for an overnight stay to lay your head, would not be used for more than one night, the room was small and the sink was located outside the bathroom.

The rooms are small and strangely designed. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets did not fit properly, so they kept coming off the mattress and the pad beneath kept bunching. Not condusive to a good nights sleep. Staff was very friendly, and gracious. Breakfast is free and adequate. Places to eat nearby; has no restaurant or pool or any extras. Clean.

Not many places to eat around town. Small quiet town. Easy to get to Baltimore and DC from this hotel. Reasonable price for the room. Not a bad deal. Quiet hotel and a good place to rest and get work done. The Free WI-Fi was a big plus.

The beds were comfortable. We did not fully enjoy our stay at the hotel due to the all night beeping of our smoke detector. Our room was clean except for the very dirty envelope of coffee left for us to drink. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable.

This motel has no in-room movies, exercise room, pool, or continental breakfast. However, it does have queen-sized beds & quiet, clean & comfortable rooms for an affordable price.

Good value. We stayed to be on our way to Newark Airport from Washington area to beat the morning traffic on the beltway.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the elevator button. The hotel was clean and easy to find. The staff were all helpful and patient with me. I slept very well. It was really one of the better of my many experiences over the last several years.

Bugs in the room. Did not offer to switch when approached with the issue. Stated that I would have to pay to switch. Hard Beds. Not comfortable. Not worth it.

Price. Outside entrances. I awoke to gang writing on the window of my room and the one next to it. Since this was an exterior entrance hotel, I felt very afraid and violated. The maids laughed at it. I was very gruff in telling them this was no laughing matter. I had to phone the front desk to find out if this incident was being taken seriously and reported to police.

I was really dirty and needed a shower and a change of clothes before a noon meeting. The hotel let me check in early and saved my day!! I really, really appreciated that!

The hotel room was clean and located close to where I needed to go. The staff was very friendly. Needed to update furniture. I would stay in the hotel for business trip purposes only. The price was reasonable.

It was very clean the look and the smell was pleasant. NA. The hotel is beautiful. It's quality is excellent while the price is affordable. I was able to enjoy some quiet time in the room, and will likely visit again in the future.
