We did Univeral studios, Knotts and Disneyland. Your location was great. However your staff could be more knowlegable of the ways of getting to the different attactions. Also not sure why you are called Inn and Suites! We have had better for the $$ however this time your place did the trick. Thanks. Kat

Clean room, close to Disney, free shuttle & parking, free breakfast. You could just tell it was an older hotel, older bathroom, fireworks from Disney too loud! Very close. We liked it it was perfect for us. We just needed a place to park our car, took the free shuttle there & walked back in about 10-15 minutes (with 3 kids ages from 3-10) so close & comfy. It was a good value & we would stay there again.

This hotel not only was seriously filthy, the staff was rude, and I did not enjoy waking up to bugs crawling all over the walls(I took pictures to prove it) and when I advised the desk clerk of this problem she obviously didnt care one little bit. Do your self a huge favor and skip this hotel.

We stayed here on a trip to Disneyland. Hotel is two LONG blocks from Disneyland - doable but since you're going to be on your feet all day anyhow I recommend taking the shuttle which is regular with nice drivers. Hotel is about what you'd expect for the price - a bit run down but clean and safe, and someone has taken the time to plant lots of flowers which added alot of charm. You can see the Disney fireworks from the hotel which was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful which is a bonus to me. Shower spigot is LOW - troublesome for a tall person like me. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety and some fruit which was nice and helped with the budget. Majority of the guests also seemed to be doing the Disneyland thing so very family-friendly environment. Pool is mostly shallow so it's great for kids.

We (2 families)were spending a few days at Disneyland and arrived before check-in. The rooms weren't ready, but they assigned rooms for us (next to each other), gave us parking passes, and brought us over to Disneyland on the shuttle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room is generic, but it is comfortable. I'm picky when it comes to mattresses and it was fine. Not a pillow top, but comfortable. I loved that they had a variation of pillows (soft, medium, hard) for everyones needs.

I liked the price and the swimming pool. The Wi-Fi connection did not work out side of the office. It was okay for the price, had free shuttle to and from Disneyland every hour and was always on time for the pick-up/ drop-off. But could only take 15 people at a time.

I stayed for one night. If you're planning to stay more than that I would recommend going somewhere else. The room was clean but had a weird musty smell. One of the nightlights didn't work. They had a bunch of paint stored under the stairwell, not very attractive. The bed was lumpy. There is a shuttle that goes to Disneyland every hour but the seat belts were all broken. It took less than 5 min. to get there. There is a continental breakfast ( cereal, donuts, bagels, juice milk , coffee). I bought a hopper ticket and plan to stay overnight in a couple weeks but I will look for somewhere else to stay.

The staff was very courteous and the front desk staff were always smiling. The continental breakfast was okay-they did keep it well stocked (go early-it gets really busy around 8:00). The pool was chilly (I think it's just heated by the sun, so it may be better in another month) and the hot tub wasn't very hot. They did close the hot tub for 2 days to paint the trim around it and on only one occasion were there towels available pool side. The room only had 3 towels (but the staff did make sure to bring another one without us asking). The toilet was running constatntly and the shower head was very low (I'm only 5'2" and I hit my head on it). The shower also had almost no pressure to it and it looked like they had tried to fix it, but it didn't work. There is a coffee pot in the room, but we didn't get new coffee packagaes when the room was cleaned. And the hair dryer turned on, but I didn't dare keep it on. The beds were okay and the tv did work just fine. The room does need updating (more the bathroom than anything else). And I put a do not disturb sign on the door every other day and the staff still came in to clean the room. It is close to the park-3 blocks and fairly quiet (except on the weekends when there are fireworks at Disneyland).

This trip was with my family to go to Disneyland. The hotel was very close and they had a shuttle that dropping and picking people up at Disneyland. There were no restaurants for dinner walkable distance from the hotel, but were only a short drive away. The staff was very nice. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast but I do wish there was more than donuts and coffee.

Myself and my 3 children traveled to Disneyland and stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was a snap and the room was clean and as advertised. My kids are younger, 4,8,and 11 and having a fridge in the room helped out alot. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual and if it was full the driver came right back to get us. We ate at the continental breakfast every morning and it was constantly stocked with fresh fruit and pastries with 3 types of cereal for the kids and toast and juices. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was a prime viewing area for the fireworks show at night. I cant say that I was disappointed about anything about our stay there, except for the weather and that wasnt the hotels fault. We actually spent more time in our room that you'd think. I did notice that there didn't seem to be any cartoon channels on the cable tv though. That bummed my kids out a bit. I would think that being a Disney friendly hotel that they would rethink that one. I would stay there again in a second.

We spent most of our entire days at Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and California Adventure....so it was a fine hotel for us because we were very rarely in the room. The mattresses are soft and the room was clean, but it could be updated. You have to pay to use their computer in the lobby, which was not convenient. The shuttle drivers are extremely nice and are much friendlier than the lobby workers.

We stayed here to see Disneyland following a cruise, and [...]at the front desk staff did everything possible to make our stay great. She answered every question with a positive response. She kept our bags before check in and after check out so we could get the most of days in Disneyland, helped us with discount tickets, and explained the free shuttle to the parks. The shuttle was always prompt and comfortable. I almost did not chose this hotel because of some negative reviews by prior travelors, but I am so pleased I took the chance as the room was clean, spacious, quiet and everything my family needed, which says a lot since we were traveling with two 18 year old girls. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a full day walking in the parks. The complimentary breakfast was just icing on the cake. My family and I would most definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, very comfortable. No phone use first day, breakfast a joke. Great beds, lousy phone service, shuttle to Disney reliable, lousy breakfast. Lots of children, can see Disney fireworks every night from hotel.

Overall, I'd stay here again. We go to Disneyland about 1-2 times a year and have stayed at various levels of hotels. For this trip we were looking for an inexpensive place to take our teenage daughter for a last minute 3-day weekend trip. The hotel is older and going through cosmetics updates -- which ended up being a negative at the time because of some paint fumes. But that will go away soon. The staff and the free shuttle were what really sold us, though. The room was resonable, had a small refrig and microwave, with clean linens. They offered a basic continental breakfast -- which at Disneyland typically means Costco danishes, cereal, and stale donuts; however, they also offered some fresh fruit, muffins, toast, and mini bagels with cream cheese. We mostly kept to the bagels, cereal and fruit and didn't feel too bad about our nutrition. They had a decent looking outdoor pool that we didn't get a chance to try because of rain, but our family prefers pools outside (not all the Disney hotels have outdoor pools). They offered a free park shuttle that ran hourly. The best thing about the shuttle was that it was a van specific for our hotel, not a coop-like shuttle service. That meant that when we left for the park we were there in 5 minutes; conversely, at the end of the day it was nice to know we would be able to go straight to our room and crash. Additionally, the walk to the hotel from Disneyland is about 10-15 minutes -- a reasonable option if your up for a walk. Throughout our stay, the staff was really friendly, helpful and accomodating. For a inexpensive option, we will keep this on our short list.

It was close enough to Disneyland to walk if you missed the shuttle, though more than the one block they advertise. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for Disneyland. Standard room. Free hotel shuttle, staf was very nice. Pool and spa were nice, but the towels service in the pool area was lacking. Hotel offers a free breakfast that was nice. Plenty of parking.

Free parking, free shuttle to Disneyland. Prompt attention when I reported a problem with our room the tub was not draining). I did not realize this Days Inn had outside corridors, but they had good lighting and did not feel unsafe at all.

Prior to booking, we read the reviews, looked at the pictures and were looking forward to our family vacation. Boy, were we in for a big surprise. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and worked really hard, however the conditions of the hotel were very poor. Our air conditioner would turn off after a few hours and would have to manually be turned back on (even in the middle of the night). As the carpet was so filthy, our feet would turn black when we walked from the shower to our beds. While standing in front of the bathroom vanity putting on makeup, I was bit on my thigh from a red ant. Red ants were also found in a small plastic bag of wet clothing from the pool (which happened overnight). The continental breakfast they offered was a joke. The two types of cereals were stale, the bananas were unappetizing as they were brown and the pastries they advertised were glazed donuts (everyday). The hotel also advertised HBO...but we could not locate the channel on the tv directory, when we asked the front desk, they did not know which channel HBO was on. My husband took our children to the pool and came back in a few minutes. He stated that the pool was very dirty. The hotel was a big disappointment. On a previous trip we stayed at the Castle Inn and we were kicking ourselves for not going back there and trying someplace new.

This hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the Disneyland park, so if you did miss the complimetary shuttle that ran every hour, you could easily walk. The room was clean, had wifi, a fridge, microwave, and continental breakfast. The bathrooms could use a remodle, but it was overall clean, and the staff was friendly. My best advice would be to stay in a room numbered higher the 110 for the bottom floor or 210 for the top floor, Anything lower is close to the stairs and breakfast room, and can be very noisy in the mornnings. All in all I would stay here again.
