Stayed here for one night over a weekend in October 2007. Had a great stay. Booked on-line, then stopped by the Tourist booth in Collingwood before check in and found a 10% off coupon that we were able to use. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very kind and polite. No problems. Rooms were nice, we had a room with 1 king bed, and all the standards (no fridge or microwave) Nice indoor pool and hot tub in the Hotel. Breakfast was included and was very good, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pasteries, bagels and toast. As well as juice, coffee and tea. Eggs were pretty much gone when we got to breakfast but they made lots more. Location is good close to lots of shopping and restaurants, 10 minutes to Blue Mountain. The view is terrible, our room over looked the roof top of another building (Home Depot I think), but didn't bother us, we didn't book it for the view. Express Check out is great too!

We needed a place to stay overnight/sleep while attending a function that was about a 30 minute drive from the hotel. The staff was not able to help us with directions but gave us maps. Buffet breakfast (1-2 stars) was included so we didn't need to go outside the hotel. There were amenities available that we did not use (pool, internet) so we can't comment on these. The hotel room cost seemed to be the most reasonable in the area (under $150, all in).

Very quiet despite hockey teams in hotel. Very clean and presentable. Room was the same. Very quiet despite many hockey teams staying in hotel at the same time.

This was a new hotel and very clean and fresh. The bed was quite comfortable and service was excellent. The free breakfast was quite adequate and staffed by a competend person. We appreciated that we were permitted to take a breakfast to our room for my wife who is not well. The hotel was well located in an area where there was good shopping and restaurents. However I thought the some of the counter check in staff who were quite young and were not as well trained as they might be.
