You MUST be in a certain part of the hotel to get wireless access and not every room has an ethernet port as a back-up.

To start with the hotel desk clerk could not properly check us in as we booked online and she knew nothing of the service...we did not recieve our reward points because of this. The indoor pool was not available as it was vandalized and the jets in our hotel room bathtub were turned off due to previous misuse by other hotel guests. Do not take a bath in this tub either as slimy residue came from the surfaces around the jets. These are two reasons I chose this articular hotel to begin with and was disatisfied with the services entirely.

Easy to find. Free breakfast is worth the trip and a most if you have kids. Very quiet area. Gas station near by. 24 hour restaurant within walking distance. Only shopping mall in area near by. Staff actually opened the door for me when they saw me the "stuff" and the kids. Check coupons in area to get even a better daily rate. A safe in the room costs * per day but excellant to put kids gadgets that cost ,plus wireless access for kids to use in room/hotel like PSP. Overly all it was an excellent place to stay to visit a friend for some 3 days. Never been in West Virginia before but would return to this hotel. Thanks for the convenience.

Location of the Thruway, it is the 1/2 way point from Buffalo to Statesville. The pool liner was very wrinkled. Would go again because of the location and would hope that the liner in the pool would be fixed by that time.

Hotel still under major brands, but more reasonable. Room was comfortable for my use. Pool was inop as was ice machine. Cheap sleep however!

Friendly staff. The hotel is old, bikers and drunken people stay in here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any businessmen or families with children. We stayed for 3 nights and for two consecutive nights; we heard cuss words thought the night from the room above us. The hotel people did nothing. TV was on all night long. The coffee machine was dirty; yellowish liquid was dripping all over it! This hotel should be rated 1 star.

Nice suite with kitchen. Noisy but it was after a big football game. Day's inn has a nice comfortable room with stove and refrigerator. Would have been nice to have more time to use the facilities.

Close to the highway, excellent shower. Spartan room. When I got to the hotel, I was told that I did not have a reservation.

Nothing. Bathrooms, no internet in our room, had to change rooms. Sorry.

Attractive facility. Very awkward to get to due to road/street layout. The only down side of the stay was the street/road layout. A detailed description of directions from the interstate to the entrance would be very helpful.

It was available. The bathroom was disgusting. I would not stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Air Conditioner didn't work properly. The air conditioning was not working properly (finally my wife got it going) also very loud carpeting was damp in spots? We were in the newer suites section #266.
