The Hotel suited my needs. Except for the abnormally small pool, I noticed no problems. The Staff was friendly, courteous, and responded to whatever I asked for. The Hotel is close to everything a person might need.

It smelled moldy and was noisy at night. All we needed was a bed for the night, so it was satisfactory in that regard.

Although the hotel was not overly fancy, it was nice and clean and well worth the rate. We were VERY impressed with the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were very friendly in making sure we had everything we needed. Pool area was clean and met our needs for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

They had the BEST and MOST COMFORTABLE BED I ever slept in.

Clean, good bed. Water leak above bathroom. No problems here. Convenient, late to open on weekends, couldn't check out until after 10 am.

Staff and management were not straight about the rates. Room was minimal and in building away breakfast area, You can do much better in the same area for about the same money..

Nothing. Uhhh. Roaches, no hot tub, no hair dryer. Loud. Its a couple of jets in a cold swimming pool. Hot breakfast was jimmy dean sausage biscuits. No remote for TV. No ice. Ice machine was broken. Hair dryer was broken. They gave me a key to another room to go and dry my hair. There are roaches all over the bathroom floor. Need I say anything else?

The first member of our family took a shower in standing water, once it finally drained out my daughter started pulling a huge amount of hair out of the drain, so the rest of us didn't have to take showers in standing water. The carpet didn't seem clean and the blankets couldn't have been older. The pool is really small.

Staff made me feel 'at home'. Bed was comfortable, shower was refreshing and breakfast had a wide selection for different taste. This will be my motel when I stay overnight in NWARK.
