When I arrived I was told they had no rooms available. i was told they did not receive a fax from orbitz. I eventually was given a room.

I was very quiet and clean! The hotel was directly across from Texas Stadium which made it easy to find. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The night we stayed it was quiet and easy to sleep.

The room was clean and located right accross the street from the Cowboy's stadium. Nothing fancy... just the basics. The only bad thing was that it wasn't near any shopping, fast food or restaurants. This is a hotel for a guys weekend, not a trip with the wife.

I had 2 kind suite rooms reserved for the 18th to take my parents from Wyoming to the Dallas Cowboy's preseason game. Upon arriving at the hotel at 4:30 PM. the owner said he had given our rooms to someone else. We showed him we had a reservation and confirmation number. He then proceeded to to say that he was going to cancel our reservation. This hotel is within walking distance to the cowboy stadium. After arguing that we expected him to uphold his end of the contract, he finally gave us a double bed room for * less. (which is a * cheaper room). I will never stay here and hope they go bankrupt after the new Cowboy stadium opens. The owner does not honor reservations so be very weary making any advanced plans to stay at this hotel on game day, he will probably sell your room for more more money to the first person who comes in and is willing to pay for it. I am also writing an official letter to Day's Inn and the Irving chamber of commerce. Be very weary of the crooked ownership and management.

The Days Inn was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and it had a good room size. I am very pleased with everything.

Close to Texas Stadium. Staff woke us up at 1:30 A.M. knocking on wrong room! Freeway close. Phone did not work in our room. Staff banged on our door at 1:30 A.M. While we were asleep and told us to contact the front desk for some problem. We couldn't dial out because the stupid phone did not work. We had to use our cell phones to contact the front desk to find out what the problem was. A girl answers the phone and says they knocked on the wrong door! Unbelievable. Had this been an emergency and we needed to use the room phone, I don't know what we would have done without cell phones but walk a million miles to the front desk from our room! Also we couldn't order more towels or an iron because the stupid phone didn't work! We showered with the same towels the next day!

It was close the Texas stadium. Everything except close to stadium. Close to Texas stadium, little else.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. One day maid did not clean room. I had the do not disturb sign on until around 10:00 AM and left soon after that and came back that evening and had not received any maid service. One day she took my dirty towels but did not replace them. Not that big of a deal...but would have been nice.

Walking distance to Texas Stadium. Staff very unfriendly, hotel smelled bad. I would only recommend this hotel if you are going to a Cowboy game. The amount to stay at the hotel is not much more than the price to park at the game. If you are not going to the game, I would not recommend staying there; you get what you pay for.

The only thing I liked was the location. The price was way too high for how old it was. The hotel is great for someone who is not looking for quality.

It was across the highway from Texas stadium. Did not have extra pillows available. If you are looking for a hotel close to the stadium, this is the one. However, that is the beginning and the end of the positive aspects. It was clean but don't expect any extras whatsoever. No iron, extra pillows, etc.
