Asked on phone for jacuzzi tub room. Nicest price ever have found. updated style. clean and on 1st floor next to breakfast. only about 8 other vehicles that night, so breakfast was stocked and good. Staff smiled always. room didn't stink. we Always stay on 1st floor after becoming sick before from cigarette smoke carring to upper floors and through vents at other hotels.

What a waste of money! Oh man I have stayed in hotels and motels all over the country and have never seen one this bad! Everything from dirty towels to stained toilets. SICK NEVER STAY THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

The hotel was right off the exit, easy to get to. The continental breakfast started at 6:30 am, by 7:30 am there wasn't much left. We went down to breakfast 1 hour after it started and there wasn't hardly any food left, we ended up going out to eat which we hadn't planned on since the was a continental breakfast offered. The lobby had a funny odor. The pool and hot tub were outside, but that is fine, the problem is that you had to go out the front doors and go around to the side of the building to get to it. The hot tub was more like a warm tub, and the pool was freezing. I am not likely to stay at this hotel again.

Clerk not to efficeint at check in. Beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. Only 2 individual measures of coffee per room and no coffee available in lobby. Towels were amost as thin as the toilet paper.

Our non smoking room riked of stale pot smoke. It was not appreciated by my husband, baby, or myself. The noise from the interstate traffic sounded like it were coming from the room next door. The staff spoke very poor english.

Convenient to where I had to be early the next morning. Chair in the room was stained, furniture was cheap, lobby smelled strange. You get what you pay for, but it would have been nice if furniture in the room hadn't been stained and the lobby didn't have an unpleasant odor. I slept on top of the sheets in a sleeping bag just thought it'd be better that way given the cleanliness of the place. This place is relatively new, but already looks run down and feels seedy.

Mattress very uncomfortable (like sleeping on the floor) and bedding did not feel clean or look laundered. Not enough towels.

Clean and in good condition. Swimming pool was not open.

They should tell you before you get there the pool and hot tub are closed in the winter.

Easy check-in and convenient location. Hallway & elevator smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I was pleasantly surprise the quality of the room. I was also surprised that it had an ironing board and hair dryer. Plenty of room for both of us.

The location was good. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The family that ran the motel used everything so the guests weren't able to use it. Like the breakfast bar and the laundry room.

The employees were very helpful. The breakfast was very sparse, there was very little variety. The Springville Days Inn is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are comfortable but the beds are of marginal quality. There is no restaurant nearby and the breakfast was slim pickings. The immediate area around the hotel is not built up at this time. The staff was helpful, the maid service was very good.

Very comfortable, clean, good location. There was nothing that I disliked. The room was very nice. It had a fridge and microwave. Very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was good. I am very picky, but the entire overnight stay was great.

I have never been refused a room with double beds before, especially when there were plenty of openings. I would not want to stay here again because of the staffs unwillingness to change my room to a room with double beds.

Inexpensive. This hotel was decent. It was clean and convenient. However, we weren't there long enough to really get a good feel for amenities, etc.

Convenient to freeway. Breakfast was one of the worst - not much available. Female staff was not friendly, but the night manger was very helpful. The breakfast was so limited, not much available, and had to request many items because they were not restocked. Would not stay there again at this hotel since there are many other options.

Quiet and secluded but easy to get to. The continental breakfast was really lacking. This hotel was in a good location. Little scratchy towels. The price was a bit high for the quality.

We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The towels were very ruff. Some fabric softener would help. Like I said it was very pleasant and clean. The towels were clean but felt like sand paper on your skin. Fabric softener would help. Thank-you for doing all that you did.

None. Staff was very rude, I had to pay $10.00 more for my double bed room. Was not pleased with this hotel, first to start. I had to pay more for a double bed room. Double bed were not all that clean and very poor customer service. Will never stay there again

There wasn't anything I liked about this hotel. Too far away from the area. there was only one queen bed when I asked about a room with two beds said I would have to pay extra. This is not a 2 star hotel. It barely meets a 1 star.
