really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hotel was pretty quiet. Rooms are large and comfy. Staff was friendly. Nothing to complain about. Got a good deal online, so worth the money.

The cleanliness and professionalism of the environment. Felt safe. The pool could have been bigger. Enjoyed our stay here. It was a safe and clean environment for our family on our vacation.

Had booked for 1 adult with 5 kids with intentions of swimming only to find out they did not allow "pool parties". The kids could swim for "maybe an hour". No one else in pool at the time (middle of the day). Was treated very rudely and would definitely not book again!

Reservation was ready and we checked in promptly. Room nice size and bed comfy. Didn't like the Second floor walk up or being next to the ice machine. Breakfast attendent was focused on attending to her children rather than keeping the food supplied. Expected more variety than cereal, waffles and rolls. At checkout clerk said she could not provide me with a final statement which I found curious.

Days Inn Springfield South was just what I needed. I checked in and went up to my room. My room wasn't clean yet but the maid just finished cleaning the room next door and said I could have that one. She called down to the front desk for me and then the front desk girl brought me up a new room key. It was very seemless. Everyone was very nice. I will stay there again when I go to visit my daughter at college.

The bed was nice and the room was clean. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The hotel was not bad it did have a few flaws like the pool needing to be cleaned but the bed was clean the room was clean when we arived and was not a bad hotel to stay in for a few days.

The Days Inn Springfield South hotel was a very big let down. When we got there the staff was nice but we got to the room tried to switch the lights on and that didn't work, half of the lights in the room didn't work, a couple of the outlets didn't work and the cable that connects the tv to the cable was missing. We went down to the front desk and asked them about it and all the girl could say was that wow i would be really upset too. I was shocked that someone at that hotel would have a response like that i am not going to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. In the morning we got up and went to get breakfast and half of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. I could have just had a bad hotel room but i am not going to be staying in any of the Days Inn hotels again if i can get away with it. Although the Bass Pro shop was right across the street and that was part of the reason for staying at that hotel i would choose a different hotel and just drive to the Bass Pro shop.

It is located on a primary highway through Springfield. Breakfast had fundamental items but no fresh strawberries or nice pastries.

The room was nice. The A/C didn't work very good. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean.

Very nice breakfast. The night person was rude. Functional hotel, they have a great breakfast, kind of far from the interstate, but right across from the Bass Shop. Nothing special, the TV remote didn't work so difficult to change channels somewhat frustrating. Breakfast was greatnight desk person was rude but dayshift was very nice.

In-room wireless internet. Difficult to find. This was the nicest Days Inn we have stayed at. A bonus is its proximity to a great barbeque restaurant, the Rib Crib, plus McDonald's and Starbucks. The free breakfast was pretty good. In-room wireless internet was appreciated.

Nothing. Very rude. We arrived at the hotel about 10pm, the electricity was out. They didn't know what the problem was. They were rude, the manager walked away as I was talking to her.

Convenient to center city, without being in urban neighborhood. Entry from Sunshine street is cramped and pool was not appealing. This hotel met our immediate needs: clean bed, good shower, HBO on the television, and mid-range restaurants close by.

Location was ok. 1 bed, insufficient lighting, no WiFi, old cremora, unfriendly staff. I won't stay there again. Staff was not as friendly. Quality was sub standard. Burned out light bulbs, torn bedding, old cremora for coffee, no WiFi.

The pillow top bed was extremely comfortable. WIFI access wasn't available in the evening. The room was comfortable and well designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the curved shower curtain rod provided plenty of space in the shower. On the other hand, the breakfast area was crowded and the food wasn't anything to write home about. WIFI access was available during the day on an unsecured network but became unavailable in the early evening and remained unavailable until the next morning.

Friendly staff. Noisy heater/air-conditioning unity, dirty areas that did not get cleaned throughout time. I would not recommend this hotel. It does not meet standards for price.
