This is a second rate motel in a location that is not conducive to access for the main attractions of Lincoln, namely UNL.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. You could hear talking andTV from other guests rooms as well as in the hallway while trying to sleep.

We were disappointed that they only had smoking rooms available. The stinge of smoke was so bad it caused headaches and inability to get a good night rest.

The manager was very nice although he couldn't accommodate us in the manner in which we had requested. The accommodations...they couldn't change me from one bed to a 2 bed room because of their software! Because of construction, it was extremely tricky getting to this hotel. Also, I called the hotel directly requesting two beds and a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were told we had a room with one queen bed and the manager said that the hotel's new software wouldn't allow him to change our room to 2 beds even if there was one available, we were lucky, though, that at least our reservation had put us into a non-smoking room. I know that Priceline can only guarantee a room for two adults, but in this case the two adults each wanted their own bed, and at other hotels, it's never been a problem to change from one bed to two disappointing.

Staff. Room, facilities, locations etc. This hotel is in a terrible location. The room had worn out carpet, just a basic bathroom and very noisy heater. This hotel should not be rated more than two stars and not recommended for families with small children.

I liked the location of the hotel. I thought the decor could be updated. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. The staff was nice and the location worked well for my needs.

The location. Only one double bed in room andno rollaway available. The location is good, staff is friendly but hotel is older. I was traveling with my husband and 4 yr old daughter. The room only had one double bed and they did not have a rollaway. All 3 of us had to sleep in the one double bed and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept on. I was happy when the alarm went off in the morning and it was time to leave. Might be an ok place for a single person to stay.

Nice shower head. Huge room at the end of the motel. Room at the end of the motel would have been quiet if it were not next to the ice machine. Dirty carpet. Credit card hassle. This is a one-star.

Location and room size. Upholstery on chairs needed cleaning at the least. Accommodations are what would be expected from 2 star moderate hotel. Room size was very comfortable. Cleanliness of this particular room was somewhat below what would be expected.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room could have used a little detailing. Better than just a minimal, functional accommodation, this property was clean and pleasant. The room wasn't just comfortable, it was comforting. We slept well and came and went with a minimum of fuss.

Very clean and a good continental breakfast. Location. We were surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was newer and cleaner than other Days Inns we've been in. I would stay here again.

No bed bugs. Not a very nice place! The room seemed to be fairly clean, however all the furnishings were really old!

It was easy to get check in. The bed was uncomfortable and in terrible shape. I will not stay in this hotel again. The heater did not work very well and the room was not very good. The staff was very friendly, but I did not deal with them much. The bed was lumpy and it had cigarette burns on the comforter. The bed springs were torn up and the dresser had its back coming off. We really only needed the room to sleep, but it did not even serve its purpose for that. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

It was good enough for one night. Nothing fancy. No outside entrances to motel. Missed my wake up call. Ice machines in poor location. The motel wasok for a one night stay. They missed my wake up call. The only way to enter the motel is via the main entrance which is pretty inconvenient if you stay on the second floor at the end. Room was clean. Vending machines and ice machine are only on the first floor.
