On arrival we were asked whether we liked to foresee the room. Room 111 as a non-smoker declared, strongly it smelt of smoke. 2nd room No. 101 had got dirty. 3rd room 201 had also got dirty. In all rooms the pillows were provided with big dirty spots. Blankets had got dirty. The door handles and light switches dirties. Not to speak of the bathroom. In the whole hotel area on the 1st floor were various suspicious people. We could use none of the rooms. Positive: the Staff by check-in was friendly.

I needed a place to shower and sleep in the area, it turned out wonderfully.

You could smoke in some rooms. It just had a creepy feel to it. Gloomy like. The breakfast was awful! There was one suppose to be link sausage that was not really meat. They had one slow person who dragged around from the dining area to the kitchen. And it's not as if the place was packed. Orange drink for orange juice? I've stayed in other inns and they had real juice, fresh fruit and real breakfast meats. All for free.

bathroom smells like it has not been cleaned for weeks the bed was very uncomfortable the bar had dirty clothes all over it and its not a hotel like I wanted but a motel. The staff was talking on the phone during the entire check in process. we didn?t even stay the night we went swimming and then left didn?t even spend the night.

The staff was very friendly! Room smelled like body odor and smoke. The room was renovated which was good. I would probable stay there again.

Days Inn Lansing South, Lansing, Illinois what an experience. the reason for my stay was location. we had a wedding right down the road and the hotel was right on the highway. found the closest hotel to both at the cheapest price. so i guess you get what you pay for! check in was smooth. went to reception after check in but should of went to the room first. after wedding was over came to the room to find 1.) iron burn on the carpet 2.) pictures and lamps all crooked 3.) smallest bathroom ive ever had the morning after comp breakfast the next morning... couldnt tell you how it was waited a half hour and no service. tables were all a mess. needless to say i will NOT be visiting Days Inn Lansing South, Lansing, Illinois again!!!!

There wasn't much there that was like able it had bulletproof glass on the inside. Dirty rooms, dirty wash cloths, hair on the pillow and all over the bathroom floor.

This motel could be nice if someone took the time to clean it better, do better grounds work and new bed spreads and sheets that stay on the bed the whole night long. The staff was nice but did it very need a good cleaning and updating inside the rooms. Bed spreads were torn and in very poor shape. Weeds were growing all around the pool and with some work this could be a nice place to stay. The breakfasts were great.

Close to the highway. It was horrible.I did not feel safe in the room. The hotel was close off the highway which was a plus, the the look and feel of the hotel was more than undesirable. I did not feel safe at the hotel.

I requested no rm service & my rm was entered anyway. The breakfast was not as they told me over the phone but limited to children portions. The air conditioner was smelling of smoke & was not cold. There were no amenities provided. The pool closed early. There were several people at the counter when I tried to check in & they were still trying to service me. They were reaching over people shoulders. There was no order. I asked for several remotes before they found one to work. No coffee pot in my rm or Iron board. I was asking questions of the hotels info, just any they may have wanted me to know, & got one word responses. They gentlemen at the counter were not helpful of area sites.

the days inn lansing supplied what I needed, the rooms were clean and well maintained with microwave and refrigerator they also had a meeting room if thats what your looking for. dining featured free made to order breakfast and an all you can eat buffet for lunch and dinner. Overall I was satisfied with the accomidations.
