Good location ,might have been moor helpful,with room slection ,air gont.in room not cooling room very much,not much selction for cont. breakfest.

Easy to find. The staff (older lady). There was hair on the towel. They don't allow pets and we had a dog. I told her I would leave the dog in the car for the night, she repeated that I better not bring in the dog. I told her I wouldn't, she then came outside and watched us empty the car, I felt like she didn't trust me. She seemed angry. There were even hand written signs in the halls about not having pets. I get it already!

We were visiting family so we spent most of our time with them. When we were in our room it was a nice size and the best part was the comfortable beds. No lumpy mattress, this had a pillow top and fluffy pillows. I was really suprized when I saw all the pillows, 5 to be exact and felt the oh so soft sheets! We stayed a total of 4 nights. The only problem was the breakfast area was really a tight fit and only had 4 tables, most of the time we took our breakfast up to our room. The breakfast was your basic lite fare. I wish the bagels were normal size, not the mini kind. When we checked out the front desk clerk relaized on our pre-paid reservatonthere we were charged for one guest not two. Without hesitaton she waved the fee for the second person. Great customer service and she was very professional. We would stay there again. Thanks for the comfy stay.

Very comfortable room. The staff was perfect! I wish it had a pool. My mistake for not reading details. TV remote needed batteries. Very nice travelers stop type of hotel. Not many frills but met my expectations. I was there for 2 nights and had no real issues. Staff was friendly and the place was quiet. Close enough to everything yet felt secluded. Nice!

It was really nice, had a refrigerator, tv, microwave and little coffee machine in the room. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean, bathroom was very spacious, had a hair dryer and nice shower. I just don't know about the price. I guess it was alright. Served my needs.

Room was clean. Location close to interstate. Room was depressing. Not many pictures etc. This hotel served our purpose. Was economical, but had an old hotel feeling to it. At night the hotel seemed to be very full with travelers. The staff was very good, friendly, and helpful.

"I travel to Shawnee quite often and know that the hotel selection is quite limited. This hotel was clean, had friendly service and had a comfortable bed. It also had a continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again."

Large spacious room. I had asked for a first floor room and I was placed into a second floor room and had to climb stairs. (handicapped). Nice motel. Worth the money paid.
