We stayed here for 5 days over the holidays and loved it! The only complaint I could make is the bathroom is really small. But the rest of the room was huge, we had a red rocks view from our private balcony, everything was clean, the fridge and microwave came in handy. I love the new age music playing from the rocks around the pool! Cute pool. The staff was super nice too. And West Sedona rocks, it is my favorite part of town. We switched to a pricier place later in our stay, but if I had to do it over I would stay here the whole time.

We stayed at the Days Inn for two nights at the end of our vacation (Sat/Sun nights). We got a great rate from the Hotels website. We arrived at about 7:00 on Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and the desk clerk provided us with a good local map which was invaluable during our stay. It had the local landmarks marked which made navigating much easier. The room was clean, had a frig/microwave, and was good sized. The grounds were very nice. The pool area was clean, there were wooden swings at the front of the pool area to relax in at the end of the day. When we are on vacation we spend very little time in our rooms so we are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable room and the Day's Inn Sedona definitely delivered. A great option if you don't want to spend a fortune and want a nice room.

We stayed 6 nights and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean. They changed towels and sheets daily. We had a nice view of Coffee Pot Rock and thought we were close enough to everything. It was 3 miles to uptown Sedona. We were pleased that we had a clean refrigerator and microwave in our room. Even though it was cold out we saw many of the visitors using the jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was adequate. Our overall decision is that for $89 per night we thought it was a great deal. This is not a luxury hotel but for the price it was a very good value. We will be returning in the fall and have already decided that we will book and ask for the same room again.

The staff in unprofessional. Customer Service is not a still that is taught nor learned. I don't believe the understand what customer service is. Sleeping on the floor will give you a better nights rest than the beds. My family and I had a suite and couldn't even relaxe or enjoy ourselves. No hot water to take a shower. So called heating was extremely out dated and you had your choice of hot or cold. No middle! Our reservation was for another day, but left early to go home where we could actually relax. When I went to the front desk I greeted by a 20 something girl with lots and lots of attitude that was unwilling to do anything. During our conversation I was told I could leave early, but would not receive any of my money back and could go to another hotel if I didn't like it there. Throughout this so called conversation I was even flipped off. That is the type of customer service you will be given. I left a message for the manager and have not received a call back. Was told she was on vacation. Filed a formal complaint with Days Inn Customer Service. Was told they have 7 days to respond. Stay away!! Many other choices.

Very nice place to stay. The room was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and the entire property was attractive and well maintained. A nice continental breakfast was available in the morning. The location was convenient. All of the above items make for a comfortable visit but the difference between comfortable and exceptional came in the form of XXX, an angel at the front desk. She took a lot of time to inform us about the area and advised us on the best sites to visit and the best way to see them. She also provided extensive information on dining choices. XXX deserves the gratitude of the chamber of commerce along with a key to the city. She is an unpaid ambassador for Sedona, and a darn good one. It is not usually difficult to find a comfortable place to stay in a particular area but it is rare to find the kind of warmth, knowledge, and genuine hospitality which XXX dispenses. I would definitely stay here again. If you have the good fortune to visit Sedona and to meet XXX, please tell her that Pat said thanks again.

"2 great rooms at a reasonable price. King beds in the bedrooms and a queen size pull-out couches in the living rooms. 2 TV's in each suite. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Paid $* each room per night, worth every penny. Pool was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had a good selection and the rooms were nice. All the usual ammenities, coffee pot, clocks, radios, hair dryers, free wireless access in the rooms, refrigerators and wet bar area. Rooms were quiet. Linens and beds were very good. We would stay here again."

The Days Inn at Sedona is a wonderful place to stay. It is very clean and the host/hostess were very friendly & knowledgable. They were very help and extremely friendly. They gave us good tips on places to eat and visit.

Pleasantly suprised at comfort and quality of stay. This was by far the best Days Inn that we have ever stayed in, and told them so. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable and large and it made our stay very pleasant.

Easy to find, TV. Pillows were horrible! Shower was difficult to work. We called to ask what was time check in was. Was told to come any time that the room was ready. Arrived to find out we still had 1/2 hr to check in and could not get into a room. My husband really needed to use a bathroom and they did not have one to use. We had to go to Burger King. Pillows were absolutely horrible. My husband almost got burned in the shower. I called 4 days ago regarding my cell phone charger that I left in the room. Have not heard back yet.

The view from our room was great! The bathroom was pretty small, similar to a trailer/RV bathroom. The hotel was located down the street from a police station and within walking distance of a lot of eateries and shops. Besides the small bathroom, the view of the Red Rocks from our room totally made up for it. The room came with a mini fridge and a microwave, which I haven't seen before in a hotel room.

"BAD BAD BAD. Customer service, musty room, never again... We have traveled to many countries and have stayed in as many hotels. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced. This may have been an isolated insodent but upon our complaint no manager, customer service rep or owner returned our call. We own 2 businesses and have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and understand customer service. We took time out of our busy schedule to voice our concerns (which we never do) so that management can help themselves yet no response."
