was a very clean room and nice accommadations, but the aircontioner leaked all over the floor and was in the same room for 2 days, never got a different room, shopping area are close by and great eating places too, only 30 minutes from the Bluffs to hike.

Friendly staff. Continental breakfast very skimpy, outlet in room had no cover plate and did not replace towels in timely fashion.

From the disinterested staff at check-in to the tacky and none-too-clean facilities, the whole place has gone downhill much in the past years. It is old, tacky, and gone to seed.

we stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and had a great stay. what happened! We had bad stay this time wont go back. Both days there we were allowed only 2 towels aday claimed they were all in laundry couldnt get any for use at pool. breakfast was gone by 8am coffee was also empty when we complained she said she was busy and would get to it asap ended up being over 30 min. later room was ok except for hair in bathroom sink had a great pool though!even if we did drip dry!!

Staff very accommodating - needed 2 beds got it no extra charge. Shower. Although I didn't care for the shower - spoiled by my own, I will stay here whenever I need to be in Scottsbluff. I was truly grateful as I was there for a funeral and the last thing I wanted to do was get another room somewhere else and lose the money already spent on this room for 2 nights. That gesture alone won my business in the future.

not enough privacy!!! hotel staff would walk by every hour when sitting outside room!!!!! the beds were broken!!!!! behind the ice machines was mold growing!!!!!!!!! the t.v. was broken and so was the showers. pool was not heated. there were also little kids running and screaming around everywhere during the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inside courtyard and swiming pool. No internet service on the outside rooms. Older & in need of repair. Has great potential if a little money was put into it. In hotel restaurant was nice and free room service was a plus.

I was not on vacation, rather a trip to visit an ailing relative. I was informed that there was a shuttle service to/from the airport, and that there was a restaraunt in the hotel. I needed these things to be able to ""function"" while there. I ended up having to rent a car and depend on a stranger for a ride to the airport. disappointed with the place

The pool was alright, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the shower was nice & hot. No fridge/micro in room, no vent in bathroom, internet worked 1/4 of the time, staff was rude, sheets never changed in the week we were there. If you just need a place to stay overnight, this is not a bad place. But if you need a place to stay for a week, are depending on internet, a fridge in your room (like the web page says), a working restaurant and friendly staff then you need to look for a different hotel. And there is no elevator so is prepared to make many trips up and down stairs or get a room on the floor. For internet - only the even numbered rooms have it so make sure you get that. What is that all about? And they have very thin walls.

It was quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Did not have queen beds in the room. A fairly nice economical place to stay. However, I paid more.

The Kiddy Pool was a real hit with my 6 Grandchildren. Hotel needs a little upkeep. For the star level, this hotel was mediocre. It was a bit run-down but for the price I didn't expect much more.

Location. Dirty, smelly, old, toilet /sink not working. I would not stay here again. The pool area was not clean-the drains on deck did not look like they were ever cleaned; the hot tub had green looking water and was cold; our toilet did not flush and the cold water at the sink was extremely hard to turn on. It smelled moldy. Worst choice of breakfast items ever.
