Had no trouble signing in although it was registered in my husband's name. Maybe could have had a nicer to TV to go with the rest of the room. We actually had friends rent rooms after they saw how convenient the location was. In total we had a group of 9 people rent rooms at the hotel. It was close to Savannah, GA. People at the front desk were friendly, and room service was good.

This specific Days Inn does not offer a continental breakfast as advertised, but rather a discount at a nearby diner - The facility was absolutely filthy, and the room is very rundown. The clerk who checked us in was more goth than not and spoke about illegal drug use openly.

Convenience. There were only smoking rooms, they were nasty and had mold growing. The hotel needs to be throughly cleaned and the mold/mildew problem needs to be fixed.

I would stay at this motel again. It was clean. I felt safe and the staff was wonderful. We ate supper at Denny's in front of Motel. I supper was wonderful and so was the service. We returned for breakfast, but it was BAD. THe service was very bad our meal was COLD. Mangement did offer to cook more but we had already waited about 45 minutes and did not have time to wait. I would still give them another chance. I felt this was wait staffs fault and management did try to fix. Overall our trip was great. nice little town.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, good TV/Cable channels. Needed repair work on walls and ceilings. Old, needs upgraded. I was only staying one night, so it was fine. I would not stay more than one night though and will probably not go back there.

The room air conditioner was not running when I walked in and the room was extremely hot so I turned it on immediately. However, the unit was unable to keep up with the heat since the unit was mounted right outside the room door. I contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but the AC was the same. I asked for a refund since we chose to move to another hotel but management was unwilling since we had the room for more than 3 hours. I informed them that we had spent the majority of that time in the swimming pool and at the adjoining Denny's restaurant in order to escape the heat and allow the room to cool but it was still too hot to stay much less sleep in the room. I finally negotiated a 50% refund but was still extremely displeased with the motel. Additionally, there was a burn in the mattress cover, a large dead cockroach in the corner of the room, the refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Classic roach motel in my opinion. Next time I'll just spend the money and avoid the nightmare.

The beds were very comfortable. The bed linens had holes and stains on them. I expected a lower quality hotel for the price, but I didn't expect to be killing bugs in the room and sleeping in rags on the bed. There were cigarette burns in the quilts, stains on the sheets, and there were even holes in some of the blankets. Spend some more money and stay at another hotel.

Visible water damage with mold and mildew. Also the trains running nearby made restful sleep near to impossible.

Nothing. Everything. Disgusting. The maid was drinking an alcoholic beverage while on duty. My room literally had flies and bugs in it. There were cracks in the walls. The room was very hot because the AC. was not sufficient.

the only thing was it says on website that check-in time is noon. the people at the front desk were well aware of the error but still wouldn't let me check in until 3pm.

Cheap and clean. Too far from Fort Stewart. No problems. Clean and appears to have been kept up. Continental breakfast was good.

"Our room had 4 lights, 3 of which were broken. That meant it was hard to see how black the grout in the bathroom was, or that the fixture over the bed nearly was falling off. The shower curtain was slimey, and there was mildew on the bottom. If this franchise has any standards at all, they'll pull their name off that dump. NEVER staying there again!"

Location. Quality of room. Hotel didn't clean well at all, or replenish coffee, shampoo etc.

"This was a perfectly fine Days Inn, with all that that implies: it was reasonably clean, in decent but not outstanding repair, and quiet enough to provide a good night's sleep. I got what I paid for - a cheap night's lodging near the beach."
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
Nothing. Flashing sign said "Rooms $33.95"... they had none. They had $45 rooms, but since I booked ahead, I couldn't get one and had to pay $55.95. Fraud. I will never book ahead again. I'll take my chances for a better rate as a walk-in.

"Not a bad location for Savannah and surrounding areas. room small but well lit.a lot within walking distance.gas convience stores and food. The pool looked inviting but did not use, Nice courtyard surrounding pool. Staff was friendly. "

The hotel was clean and tidy for the economical price. Just bring your earplugs so you can get some rest since the trains come by frequently during the night.

"WOuld stay again as it was only needed for me to sleep there as no one should travel across country to stay in the hotel all day. Bad idea, duh!!!"
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
The rooms and accomodations are what you would expect for the price. The pool was tiny but we only used the hotel to sleep so it was perfect for our trip. We grabbed breakfast at Denny's (located at the hotel) every morning with a 10% discount for staying at the hotel.
