Bad customer service. I would never recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.

Hotel was okay for price. could have better towels and decor could be updated

The hotel was perfect for the price we paid for it. Clean and cozy rooms, 2 blocks away from the beach. If you are more interested in being closer to downtown Santa Barbara though it is about 15-20 min walk. I would definitely go there again.

Great location and nice breakfast. Very noisy building, doors slam loudly and windows must be single pane. Clean, good shower and clerk was very helpful.

Very noisy when doors close in adjacent rooms. The bed was terrible - kept rolling to the center. The batheroom were nice because they had been remodeled.

Was traveling alone and didn't fill very safe with a park across the street with lots of drug users

The room was new. The people next door kept us up. And the staff didn't do anything about it.

This hotel was very overpriced but like many places in SB, you are paying for location. The room was small and it looked like it had not been updated for quite some time. However, the motel was very conveniently located. It is a block from SB Harbor and the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful, and you can walk to downtown (State Street) in about 10 minutes. If you are looking for a place to stay that is near the beach and downtown and don't plan to spend much time in the room, then the Days Inn is not a bad choice.

Noisy street. Shower stopped up. Not much of a breakfast, but at least there was something. Hot tub not attractive, didn't test it out.

It was clean and in a great locaion. There was a ball park across the street was a little loud, I just left for a bit. Much better that I had expected. Great location. Clean quaint and comfy. I would totally stay there again.

rooms were very small and not modern; overpriced for the quality. the free breakfast was minimal. for another $50 per night, we were able to stay in a hotel closer to the center of town that was 3 or 4 times as nice.

Closed to downtown, easy to find and good place for a short visit. The other bed sheet was not change I think, it smells. I think over all the surroundings looked safe and convenient to travel to downtown SB.

We had adjoining rooms with another couple--and although I was expecting a cramped room (from reviews I read online), it really was large enough when the idea was to be on the beach. The beach was close and our one night was great!

I asked for three beds and got three rooms, awesome and the pillows were great. Nothing. Very comfortable. They also let us check in early which was great because we had traveled for 6 hours in the car. There was a fan in my room andI need that to sleep. Very close the the ocean, like 2 blocks.

It's walking distance from the beach, the wharf and the harbor and state street. I really have nothing negative to say. Nothing fancy, but very clean and the service is friendly.

The rooms were small, the bathroom smaller. The staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. It wasn't a bad location but I would not stay here again if I was in the area.

The location was nice. The Room smelled and the bed was gross.

This hotel was somewhat clean but the rooms are tiny. The check-in clerk was not the friendliest employ and thus I was hesitant to ask him for directions or recommendations. The bonus was we were able to check in early. Plus, the location is ideal because it is so close to the harbor but you still need to drive to the downtown area.
