Good value. A little old.
Date of Stay:

This place was a great value for my wife and kids. The room looked like it had been recently renovated. The A/C unit was digital control and worked well. It was very clean. Breakfast was continental, and it tasted good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have definitely done a lot to keep this place nice. patio was swept, and the site was kept up.

Great aerobic machines in exercise room. Extremely disappointed that pool was not open. Good overall, but pool was closed. Desk personnel said that it was being inspected. Temperature was in high 80's during our stay, really wanted to swim.

We reserved non smoking and room has smell of smoke and old foods look like garbage smell and when requested to change room the front desk staff not friendly at all and when asked for manager not there and all other problems. Simple words just good for Day time take refund and stay good night sleep at some other place. Dont agree with us Please Try to one time stay with this place to feel our experiance.

Good location. It was clean and the staff were really very helpful and friendly. The carpets are not very clean, and if you do decide to stay here, bring your own pillows. Their pillows were so uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed the stay, good breakfast!

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient to things we wanted to do downtown and out of town. Looked like it had been recently updated. Breakfast was good.

Good price, and modern conveniences. Several items not functioning properly. Coffee pot didn't work. Bathroom heat lamp timer didn't work. AC switch was broken, and wouldn't go into cooling mode, internet connection did not work, and Sunday morning breakfast was closed-down at 09:30 am, so we missed breakfast, otherwise it's a clean place.
Date of Stay:
April, 2007
There were not many good things about this place starting from check in. Staff were RUDE and rooms were nasty. Floors needed to be vacuumed and walls were filthy. Bathrooms were gringey and nasty. A good cleaning wouldn't even do!!! This place needs help!! They also need to hire better people.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were hard and room was too light. It is older and not in as good a shape. Beds were horrible, hard and cheap. Room was way to light at night to sleep.

Clean room, good breakfast choices, nice pool & hot tub. Couldn't pick up the hotel's WiFi, although it was advertised. Good location, close to UFO Museum, and almost next door to NMMI. Clean room with parking available right outside the door. Pool/hot tub was nice & cleans with plenty of seating available. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, waffles, eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy, & the usual cold stuff. Nice, friendly staff.

" We found hair in the tub, room was dingy, pillows very uncomfortable, beds uncomfortable, bits of (food?) stuck on the wall. we were afraid to go barefoot! just icky in general. very uncomfortable stay. Employees did not care when reported"

The location is convenient and the desk staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the bathroom. The hotel is adequate for the price, the rooms have the necessities necessary to provide a fairly comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom detracted from our overall stay.

The staff was rude at check in. the room was wrong type. room ws dirty. and breakfast was cold and eggs were runny. morning staff was worse than night staff.

It was very clean. Ice machine didn't work. You really can't beat it for the price. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was that the two ice machines were out of order. It was still a very enjoyable experience.

Full bathroom & sink separated from the bedroom. Air conditioning/Heater needs a thermostat to sleep comfortably through the night.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The plumbing was a little outdated. Overall this was an excellent place to stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the parking lot was clean and the staffs were very friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was right!

Around family attractions. Rugs needed to be steamed cleaned. Turned socks black. Room was ok. Needed air fresheners to take smoke smell out. Very strong. Rugs needed to be steamed clean. Kid's socks turned very black. But all in all ok.

The location was good. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of area. There was a large crowd of one group that took over the pool and even barbequed inside the pool area where it was clearly stated not allowed. I liked that there was lots of good pillows. Breakfast was good. Had waffle iron where you could make your own waffle, eggs in a warmer, coral, and good biscuits and gravy. Pool and spa were in good condition. Room was moderately clean could have been better. Outdated phone book in room. Staff was very nice and helpful of where to eat, activities in area, restocking breakfast.

The rooms were clean and everything worked in them. They had a great breakfast buffet too. They did not have a non smoking room available for me (all booked up) and no elevator to reach second floor. The Roswell-Days Inn was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and all the times in them worked. The motel is located on the main street of Roswell and convenient to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The employees were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that there was no elevator to reach the second floor of rooms and the toilet seemed awful small and low to the ground (I'm 6'2", 250 lbs). It might just have been me.
