Date of Stay: July, 2009

We went to visit grandchildren in California, they were willing to hold our room until very late if needed. When we arrived the room smelled clean, the bathtub sparkled and it had a new toilet. The queen bed was very comfortable, four pillows and and extra blanket in the drawer. Air conditioner was quiet and coool. Older motel but more quiet and comfortable than newer ones we have stayed at. Great price.

My stay was very comfortable, My room was exceptionally clean with refrigerator and microwave. I was surprised and happy that the bed and the room was so clean. I had problems getting my key to work, management saw this and reacted quickly, making sure I was served well. I definetly would recommend this facility to friends and family.

I was there to have a surgery for a basil cell. The surgery was to far from home so theHotel was a good alternative for the convience for a 8am appointment and it was also good for post out patient surgery because it was clean and quiet. Also close by to good resturants.as good as any I have been in.

The Manager/Owner does not smile, you are treated as a 'payee'. I now remember the saying, ""you get what you pay for"". Rooms are in bad shape, staff are unfriendly, good if you only need a place to sleep.

Clean, good location, plaza near for dinner. Not tooth paste/brush, too dark inside the room. Good location, not hard to find. The room is clean, but there are train whistle in the midnight. Breakfast is simple, beard/butter/corn flakes/coffee/juice/fruits/milk. And that's all. Recommend for travelers not care about quality and just need a place to sleep with.

Convenient location. Freeway close. When you need a hot shower, shave and a clean place to sleep, this motel will be wonderful since there is an exercise room, a pool and plenty of parking too. Easy freeway access and lots of business, shopping with a few miles.

The location next to a nice residential neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. The facilities are showing some age and could use more stringent maintenance. A nice basic motel that is enhanced by its setting in a nice residential neighborhood.

There wasn't a problem with parking that happens often with motels. Our room was over stuffed with furniture. The motel was nice and clean. It was near the freeway entrance which was nice and a few blocks from Denny's. There wasn't a restaurant within walking distance which would have been nice. Air conditioning worked well.

It had wireless internet access. Cramped bathroom, no directory for TV channels, on bottom floor. It was o.k. had some higher expectations. It was probably due to the fact that I was on the bottom floor 4 feet away from cars. It was relatively clean and room. The wireless internet was great. They needed a guide/list for TV channels and more coffee. Did I mention more coffee? Glass mugs would have been nice instead of Styrofoam cups. Staff was very nice and helpful. Also, I could have used an ironic wasn't desperate so I didn't go to the front but one in the room would have been helpful.

Extremely neat and clean. Sheets were crisp and clean. I was staying for one night and it was very cozy and clean. I also got a good rest because it was quiet.

Location is convenient. Price is affordable. Problems with the room weren't addressed. The security lock on the door was broken. There was no light in the bathroom and the manager ignored our request for a new bulb.

Very friendly staff, free wireless internet. Free breakfast was ok. Furniture and remodeling were dated and left more to be desired. Some stains and marks left bad impressions. We were doing business in nearby Roseville; hotel was not right off freeway, which meant a quiet night's rest. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area who is on a budget. Although we didn't use them, there was a refrigerator and microwave, and a couch to sit on while relaxing. We were satisfied with our stay.

Clean, got the wake up call on time. No alarm out dated and a little "tired". Not a room I would take my wife into.
